Recording claimed to be Los Angeles Dept. of Water and Power saying I had not paid a bill and that I should call this number immediately to make arrangements to do so. If the USPS has done its job delivering the mail, I am not in arrears and never have been. This is not the Customer Service number—or any other number—that appears on the LADWP printed bill, though it closely resembles them all. I did not and will not call it and suggest anyone else receiving this recorded message also avoid doing so.
