I'm tired of receiving these calls. I think it's ridiculous that organizations like this can continue calling residences that obviously would prefer they didn't. How about making the Do Not Call list actually what it says it is? There shouldn't be any exceptions like there is now with non-profit or political org. Problem solved!

800-675-7795 at 1:55p Sat 7/18/09:  I think this number's called my land line before; it looked familar.  It "***g-up" when my answering ma****e picked up.  The Caller ID said "Unavailable", and that's why I let the ma****e to it's job.   I'm going to s**** keeping a list of #s of these annoying worthless calls.  3 times this week I've gotten evening calls from 800-673-7963.  I'm****uming my phone #'s on a list that gets sold for telemarketing purposes.  I'm going to see if Verizon is able to block these 2 #s from even ringing through... it's worth a try.

Call frequently and never leave a message.

This number has called several times as I have *69 them. They leave no message on answering ma****e and when you pick up phone no one answers, just dead silence. The line is ******* for about 3 minutes, then you hear the click of them trying to disconnect.

Have been getting a call from this number daily for weeks. As soon as my answering ma****e picks up-the call disconnects. Sure wish it would stop!

This number calls evey now and then. A computer call that says it is for a fivticious name and if its not you, **** up. lol so you listen to the pitch. Is this how they get around the no call because of the disclaimer?

I received a call from this toll-free number, but they left no message. I called this toll free number and I got a recording saying that their a phone service for fund raising for non-profits and political organizations. The message also stated that non-profits are exempt from the "Do Not Call" registration list. Caller ID: Toll Free

Received a call from this number.  Did not answer phone, no message was left.  I called the number back and it is a fund raising organization.  Could not make out the name of the org. though.  Message I received allowed you to leave your number and they will remove you from their list.

We've been getting calls from this number every day sometimes more than once for months. They don't leave a message and **** up when I answer to ask them to quit calling. If this is a collection agency they have no reason to call us as we have excellent credit. I have filed complaints on this number for a very long time and want them to quit calling!! By the way,,, I'm really thinking that leaving these complaints does absolutely no good as the calls still have not stopped... what is wrong with you people?

What a pain. They call on a recording saying they have the right to overrule the goverments nocall list. These people drive business away.

We've had calls repeatedly from this number for several days. They leave no message and when I tried to call back I got a message that the call could not be completed as dialed. We are on the do not call registry.

This person calls at least once a day but never leaves a message. They do not identify who they are so i do not answer

I got a call from this number and stuck the phone to my **** then ****ed....ahhhhhhh... sweet

I work at home doing medical transcription, plus keep my grandchildren. Don't answer calls that show up Unknown caller or Not Provided. These calls come while the children are taking a nap and sometimes wakes them up. When you tell the caller you can't donate, they keep pushing and then you have to be rude to them and just **** up. Then they will call a***n.

When I call this number back, they state that it is for fund raising for political or other "certain causes". They also state that since it is not telemarketing they are not affected by the Do Not Call Registry. Happily my phone service offers a free service called ACR (anonymous call rejection). The call will not come through, it will give the caller a message saying our number will not accept their call until they **** up and unblock their name. Definitely a step to help stop those annoying a*holes!!!

I am on the national do-not call list, but it does no good with this call. What can I do to stop this call. If the answering ma****e pick up, they **** up. I called the number and it said it was a fund raising company for national companies.

Caller ID identifies as Unknown Caller. This call is being made to my cell phone and I have registered my cell phone with the "Do Not Call" register.
