This is a scam. They make you enter your card number to verify yourself. Do not do this. They said I was 11 days late which I do not even have a balance. They said I was being sent to collections, I called the number on the back of my card and told them I got this call and they verified for me that this is not a number related to US Bank. I had my card canceled and reset
That’s all the operator would say and then ***g up the phone
Big time fraud
I got the same thing!!! Got a call from a guy calling himself Rick Morgan apologizing for just getting back to me. He said he was calling about lowing my interest rate and this being the last courtesy call so I'd have to call back today to get the deal. The number he left was

harasing calls
It is a fraudulent call... do not give them any information!!! It does not actually belong to US Bank or Card Member Services.
Same as the other complaints. They've called us two times. Only saying they are "Card Member Services" and the number.
Left a few *****ges to call back motivating that we have some problems with our account.Called back and they asked personal information but refused to tell the name of thier bank or credit card company before I would give them my name, social security number and address.
This perports to be a call from "cardmember services". When I try to stay on line to tell them that I am on no-call list, they **** up. Then they keep calling.
Message left by "Card Member Services." Message is delayed about 20 seconds on voicemail. Called #, and they ask for your 16 digit credit card #, without asking for a specific card. Waited for operator, who said the call was from Elan Financial, but they handle "1500" cards. They even gave me their Fraud Desk #
This number left message to my answering ma****e "You have Important credit information please call back". When I called they asked my personal information but do not tell me what company they are. Danger!!
calling on a card for usbank that is not past due and have pay records on there bill pay. told them to research and they continue to call 15 times a day. i am turning off home phone because of them.
I've received 8 calls from 800-676-4060 in the last 3 days. No message is ever left and they call at all hours of the day, ranging from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm. I have no idea who they are or why they are calling me!
We have been called more then 10 times is the last 6 days. No messages are ever left.
note to you all that receive these phone calls...look up and submit a formal complaint through the federal trade commision. the aplication is much more comprehensive but..you will be taking the fight to these meanies front door instead of on here. the FTC is the agency that whose sole mission is to get these rediculous people. you can also identify your rights as well to see what you can, cant, or could do to help protect your self and stop them from doing it!
3 nights in a row received a 1 or 2 ring phone call and then it ***g up. the first 2 werent that aggrivating because they came arond 8pm but last nignt i received one at 10:50 PM!!! after trying to call them back to do some good ol but chewing i only had 3 options. 1) pay by phone? 2) enter 5 digit extension # (tried like***** to guess one probably 15 time but none worked) or 3) to s***k with Operator..which was after hours? im dearly looking foward to "chatting" with thier management.
Called with "cardmember services". They have called over 15 times in the last few days. Probably would have held on the line for the "transfer" if not for this website.
This number has called over 15 times in the last 3 days. One message left said from Cardmember Services and to call back about urgent matter on my account. Thanks to this website I am not calling them back.
They've called a TON of times, sometimes they leave a message - othertimes they don't.
They called me 22 times yes****ay!
From "Cardmember services" and gave the number. Probably would have called it back had it not been for this website.
Caller claims to be from "Cardmember Services" and was asking for someone with a similar name to me. When I asked them which ins***ution, they first told me US Bank, then E-line Financial, their "affiliate" . No one in my household has any relationship with either company and never has had. Nor does anyone have a collection account. They began demanding personal information and refused to tell me the nature of their call, claiming that it is a personal business matter. They have called over 10 times during the last week. I found an online forum where others claim to have been receiving the same exact calls, and confirmed that these were not from US Bank. DO NOT GIVE INFORMATION TO THESE PEOPLE-FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD.
Ma****e record: asks to contact immediately regarding my account
They claim to be US Bank - Collection AgencyThey ask for personal info to verify. We would not give it and you shouldn't either. We called US Bank and they said this is fraud and that they would never call asking for personal info even if they are trying to collect. DO NOT GIVE PERSONAL INFO TO THESE PEOPLE -FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD
