Call comes up unknown on caller ID. Work nights and they s**** calling while I'm trying to sleep not just once but over and over. Sometimes only minutes apart.

every 20 minutes without fail.

they call at least 20 times a day sometimes only 5 min between calls even though i told them that i dont have an "account" with them and dont even know who they are. they are very rude and unprofessional

I am on the do not call list, and they call at least twice every day.

I entered credit counseling and have gotten many phone calls everyday since. I am not behind in payments so I am not sure what their problem is. THEY NEVER LEAVE A MESSAGE!

this is HFC, they closed their local offices in all towns and opened a call center in India. They are on an autodialer system which makes you wait before they are on the phone. Also...hmmmm I guess thats were all our jobs went...

As everyone else, I am called 1000 times a day by this company. I do not have an account with them. I have never been able to speak to a live person. They have asked me for my social security number. I need to be taken off this list.

Ive decided that since they are going to call so much,I may as well have fun with them,Ill act like im spanish so they will get a spanish speaker,then act like I dont know spanish, things like that just to run up THERE phone bill,till they give up and **** up,,lol

They can 10 -12 times a day and 1/2 of them dont even speak English and it is driving me CRAZY

Called and when I answered the aotomated voice asked me to enter my social security #. I know better than to give out that number, but am concerned others might. Is this legal? Has to be a scam.

Calls all day every hour. No one is ever on the line. If you wait it will roll to a busy signal.

Although a certified letter has been submitted to this outfit requesting no more phone calls, they continue up to several times a day and will tell you that there is NOTHING that you can do to stop them from calling.

Caller calls cell phone number over and over and over a***n. They won't stop calling. Pulled sim card out of my phone for several months and when I put the card back in... they s**** calling a***n. When I dial back the number the identification is for HFC beneficial.

These s***bags have called my number 8 times since 8 AM this morning and it is 12:16 PM.  It must be an automatic dialer or so****ing because they are never there when you answer the phone.

Caller calling askng for my name ans last four digits of social. also wanted my account number. Said i had an account with them. the only bank account i have is with chase bank.

This number calls my work number at least five times a day. This is my place of business, I work for a company, why are they calling me at work of all places?! It's getting so irritating that I've s****ed to **** up on them as soon as I see it's them calling on the caller id. And they ALWAYS leave voicemails, but they don't say anything...they just breathe heavily into the phone. It creeps me out and is a waste of my time!!

This phone number belongs to HFC Beneficial.  They are a loan company.  They call numerous times, half the time no one being there.  Other times, they call looking for a person who does not live here.  Very, very annoying!

They call more than 10 times a day, everyday, beginning at 8 am.

They call all the time, and when you do pic kup, it is a recording asking for personal information to verify iden***y, such as last 4 digits of SS number. I am thinking, you are callign me! With all the cons out there, I am certainly not going to give out any info, or make it difficult to get to the caller

Caller asked for my sister. I don't have a sister. Called my cellphone. Would not listen to me, just we have to talk to my sister. Had to **** up. I have no debts, and since I don't have a sister, neither does she.

Calls me at least 3 times a day. ***ody picks up when I answer. I have called their offices and asked to be removed from the calling list and I still get called everyday.

Did a Debit Consilidation. Called HFC to have them contact the Debit management company I went thru. But the customer service stated" They will not stop call me, util debit is completly paid off and there is nothing I can do about it."

This company calls every hour and does not leave any message.I owe a partial payment 3 days late after being a customer 5 years! My advise , dont borrow from them!!

Evidently a lot of complaints, but I havn't read one solution.  What is to be done about it?

This company is so annoying. They call every day about every fifteen minutes and when we call them back to and ask them to stop calling, they say no one is calling us. It is so frustrating!!!

This number has been calling every fifteen minutes.  We got so fed up one time that we called them back and asked for them to stop calling us and they said no one had called.  Can't we get the police involved in this.  It sounds like stalking.  If this company was one civilian, they would be charged with stalking or so****ing.

these people call daily, many times daily. I have told them I don't owe them anything and not to call me a***n. Still they continue to call daily.

I am a secretary for a school district and this company calls four times a day.  We refuse to take messages for employees and tell them to leave a message at their home, BUT THEY STILL CALLL EVERY SINGLE DAY MULTIPLE TIMES!!!!

I HAVE REPORTED THIS COMPANY ALREADY. I HAVE ALSO TALKED TO THEM ON TWO OCCASSIONS (ONE JUST THIS WEEK) AND THOUGHT IT WAS RESOLVED THAT I AM NOT THE PERSON THEY ARE LOOKING FOR. WHAT ELSE CAN I DO TO GET THEM TO STOP HARRASSING ME.

They call everyday s****ing at 8 in the morning and up until 9 at night.....even on the weekends and if you actually get a live person on the call when you answer it they call it "personal business" and wont leave a message for who they are calling for.  How can we get this to stop

this phone number has called our number 19 times in the last 24 hours, and when we try to answer nothing/no one is there!

This number calls me many times a day.  They  always  dont leave a messages in the answering ma****es. Everytime you answer the phone, there`s no one in there. That makes me mad.  I hope they well get arrested  for harassing people.

The call is from HFC. They call constantly and ruin my weekend mornings of sleeping in. They should be prosecuted for invading lives.

They too call my house repeatedly and at all hours of the day and night! I thought that a business was only allowed to call between the hours of 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and only once a day? Or does that not apply to them since they obviously have their call center outsourced to India?

They called asking for my wife. When I said she wasn't here they asked for her ***her (who doesn't live here). They asked when was a good time to call back. I told them she works odd hours and asked if they could give me a number she could call THEM back at.The guy says sure--- then ***g up. What a j*** off.

HFC  Call everyday.. Account is up to date.  Tell Them to go check.  They do and say sorry. Then get call the next day.

This number has been calling our house at least 4 times a day. When we answer, there is no one there. We even wait to see if it is computer dialed, even then no one answers. They will no even leave a message on the ma****e. This is really annoying. Isn't this harrassment?

They lost 2 cashier check payment in a row, on us. Had to repay the money and still wait on the money return on the cashier checks. NOW even though mess is straighted out, they still call and I have to go through the WHOLE explaination a***n, read them the check numbers, date they cleared bank, etc. They look it up, apoligize and then do it a***n the next week. They ***ped my credit record real fast,FOR THEIR GOOF UP and to date have been promised they would report in error YA RIGHT. I took my information to a Federal Congressman and he is now invetigating them.I suggest to all take your info to your State's Attorney General's Office and lodge complaints.

They call for "personal business" reasons for an employee who works the night shift here. We yell at them, badger them, tell them they'll never get ahold of him at this number and they keep calling! Every day!

I've been getting calls from this # for weeks.  They asked for someone who doesn't live here, never has and has a different address.  They said this person gave them my #, not true, don't even know the person but we do have the same last name. I think they just go down the phone book looking for the same last names of people with a deliquent account of some sort. After many repeated times telling them do not call this #, I finally told them anytime they called a***n this is my response:  I **** my whistle repeatedly until they **** up.  Calls stopped for 5 days and resumed, I used my whistle a***n, no calls for 2 days now.  I even got calls on Sunday morning.  If anyone finds out how to stop the calls, I sure would appreciate knowing how, until then, my whistle stays near my phone.

I have been getting calls from this number on my business cell on and off for weeks.  I was ignoring it since it was an 800 number.  I figured if it was a legit business call they would leave a message!  I answered today (didn't check the number before answering) and they were looking for someone that they claimed was an employee of mine.  I have worked at the same small organization for 5 years and have never known anyone by the name.

VERY RUDE!  IF THEY TAKE THE TIME TO CALL YOU THEN THEY SHOULD TAKE THE TIME TO HAVE A HUMAN BEING ON THE PHONE....SO IT IS HFC, PAYMENTS LATE, DOES THAT MEAN RUDE!

I got calls from this number everyday of the week, including weekends. It gets to the point that they call every 15 minutes. When I answer they dont say anything or sometimes they ask for whomever and when i ask who it is they **** up right away. Very rude!

we are getting a lot of voice mails on these but will switch it off soon. If you call the number back the automated answering ma****e says HFC Beneficial Finance, then they ask you to enter your account number or social security number.
