got a call from "mr. wilson" at acs. said he was trying to reach my mother and could i get her an urgent message. gave me a phone number and reference number. "mr. wilson" proceeded to tell me that he's looking at "this file" and when "this file" was opened, my name was put down as a reference. he didn't like when i s****ed asking questions because he got really nasty and made rude, snide remarks and then ***g up on me!! so annoying!
