Leave a CommentCARLOS was very rude and MADE me apologize in order to get WHATEVER this bogus charge cancelled--which I found out from Carlos that when I called to CANCEL my so-called-membership, instead of cancelling my membership they "updated" my credit card information instead. Now I'm worried that they are going to charge up my new credit card number, since they got THAT information about it right away before I THOUGHT about the LEGAL ramifications of me giving that number out!!!!!
I have two back to back charges on my account for $24.95 each. I called the 800-679-7110 and found out that it's bogus number. Who's ripping me off?
I received a cal from credit card company about charge $19.95 by Janerus Tech on my card which I don't use for any purchases at all. I don't give this card to anyone for any reason. I found the internet site and tried to log in and they don't have my info on file. I did not authorized charge and I cancelled my card. Someone stole my CC number and used it. Whatch out anyone. Retain only card or two for very tight purchases. Don't buy anything from less than reputable internet sites. Hackers know how to retrieve CC numbers.
I just got billed for 24.95 +.70 bank charge what is this for please advise. Looks like many have the same problem?????????????????
I got this (ACMP with the 800-679-7110 phone number, located in ISR (Israel?)) on my credit card bill too. It was listed twice; once with a charge of US$19.95 and a***n with a charge of US$24.95. I called the bank, disputed the charges and canceled the card. After more googling (this time googling it as 'ACMP "800-679-7110"'), I found ACMP is "AC Movie Pass", an adult movie download site located in London, England, and is the www.dooza.com website. They bill your card as "ACMP", "Janerus Tech" or "Cybernet Ventures". I don't know how they got my credit card number. I've never seen their site before. I went to their site to "find out my forgotten id or password". I entered the e-mail address I use solely for online transactions and it was invalid. Now I'm glad I canceled my card because it looks like someone may have stolen it.
I did not receive calls as far as I know but my credit card is automatically accounted for USD 24.95 on 16, 17th and 18th of march. Can anyone explain why and stop this as it continues on April 10th
sorry thats the second choice down being vanfrancois.... f***in pile
