I received an adverti*****t for Payment Reduction. The add did not give the name of the company or address. I called and someone answered "This is James, how are you". I told him I received the Payment Reduction notice and asked for the name of the company. He mumbled a name, but clearly he did not want me hear him correctly. I said: where are you located and he didn't answer for 5 seconds. Finally he said California. I said where in California and he wouldn't say. 10 seconds of silence so I ***g up the phone. Don't trust these guys.
