Received a phone call from a "Norm" saying they were from the "Fraud Department" and they were investigating recent activity on our Mastercard. Would not indicate what card number, or portion of card number, they were investigating. When challenged, they hung up. Called the 1-800 number back from a different phone and received an automated message saying to please press zero to speak with a representative. Pressed zero, and "Norm" came on. Would not identify his company, or location, only that his company was contracted by Visa and Mastercard to research potential fraudulent activity. Further questions to Norm resulted in "Norm" hanging up.
