This number calls me every single day and has for at least the last few weeks. They have called up to 20 times a day even. Not really sure why as I don't have a credit card with them. They haven't left a message once!

Since 9-19-12 gotten phone calls (upwards of 60 since I s****ed keeping track of the number) from this number than invariably at least two calls come from an unknown caller. they don't leave a message. we rarely answer the phone regardless of who calls. i am now taking pictures of the date, time, and phone number so that when i have received 100 calls from this number, i will be filing a complaint with the FTC. At the rate this number calls, it shouldn't take more than a week. My understanding is there is a $1,000 per incident fine that will pay for our next vacation.

They call constantly I called them back and they insisted I give them personal info before they would tell me why they were calling!!! I think not.

They are truly a pain in the****. I was a week late paying my bill and they called me every **** day 7-8 times a day s****ing at 7am and ending at 9pm. This is what you truly call harassment!

When I called back they told me it was capital one. I don't own a credit card. I gave them my first name only and they said that was not the name one the account and yet they keep calling.

Do they only call for credit cards? Bc I know the only thing I owe on are some co pays I had billed from my children's appointments. I do not own a credit card. I read somewhere that they are spammers and have asked for SSNs

I pay my bill every single over minimum payment and i told them i might pay off the card this month and they are ****ing mine phone up it is very irritating

How to make them stop? Pay your credit card bill.

I really don't understand why these companies waste their time making these calls. Have they not heard of Caller ID? Do they really think people will answer when they see the number repeatedly on their phone? Even if I owe them money, it isn't going to make me pay any sooner. It is a shame that we have to play these ****** games, though....

put the number into your contacts&then set to automatically send to voice mail...that's what I'm about to do. they don't leave a message but they've been ****ing my cellphone up today! not tomorrow-you bout to be programmed outta my life!

Calls from 7:30am until 10:30 pm everyday and on weekends. When I answer, it puts me on hold with music then asks for somebody named Allison Fairchild. I've repeatedly told them they have the wrong number, but the calls haven't stopped. Drives me insane.

They call several times a day and never leave a message. At the times I have been able to answer I hear a message that all operators are busy and too hold for a message. I **** up. When someone does answer I dont understand what they say because it sounds like mumble. They **** up.

We get these guys calling constantly. Even if our bill is not late...never get a Best Buy card! We are paying ours off in 2 weeks just so we can cut up the card and never use it a***n. One relatively small purchase and we regret it every **** day.

Numerous calls daily. You try to pay bill over phone, if you don't knoW password, you get connected to fraud!

Got 10 calls from this number yes****ay, and never once was there a human at the other end. So far today, got another 5 calls. Fina­lly, I called them back, and just got a recording, asking me (only) to "Enter your account number." It never told me for what... Credit card? Which one? Debit card? Which one? On my own, I had to research that this was HSBC, so I tried a***n, and only got a message that their "office is closed," yet the (automated) "dialing for dollars" continued. ­I finally called the customer service number on the back of my card, the guy there acknowledged my account was current, and that they were having a "glitch" with the "dialing for dollars" system, and that they're getting "quite a few calls." I suggested they simply "Unplug the f&*#ing thing" until someone can get it fixed, and that I was going to report them if I get one more harassing call. The guy I spoke with ("John" Yeah, right) said he was putting in an emergency order to have "it" stop calling me immediately.
