Trying to call a company today, which was xmorders.com-was on hold for 2 hours this afternoon and 1 hour tonight-woman told me to cancel online but there is no web site yet.

I was charged twice on my debit account once for 4.95 and once for 139.00. They wont refund my money and I can't figure out how to cancel this on line i keep getting this web site

I called to end shipments. It took 34mins for someone answer my call. I then was told that I had to get online then call them back, because they could end any orders over the phone. I did what they had asked no one has answered. I called my card account manager for help.
