I think this is a scammer using a clever phishing scam. You'll get a text from BofA (or another bank) saying you have an unauthorized transfer payment. Then you text the "NO" to say it was not authorized, THEN, this clown calls saying you only have 30min to block the transactions and asks you to login into your account while he's on the phone.
