Once a***n, a call from JC the marketer/consultant extraordinaire! If he's so good, why does he have to resort to this annoying ****od of telemarketing people who have requested not to be contacted by his company AND are on the Do Not Call Registry!

JC Marketing, trying to get us to leave a message so they can call us back with information. On the Do Not Call Registry with all lines. Pressed 9 to be removed. Problem is, I think I've done this before! I think they just have a ton of different numbers and they call from each one in turn as you press 9 on them.

I got annoying call on my DNC list and left them a message...Not my number but asked to check DNC numbers and refrain from calling DNC number...Go to donotcall.gov and file a complaint!

I received a recorded call on my DNC listed number from 8006893059 a s****ed number?  Recording says, this is POWER TEC (?)ask to leave a message.If anyone can trace them back... should and they should be penalized...I also receive other calls... do they check DNC list?

I'm on the DNR list and I still have recieved a call from the 1-800-689-3059 from a Mike at PowerTec. This is particularly annoying to me due to the fact they left a message and I have placed a greeting on the ma****e specifically telling telemarketers to do not leave a message and **** up. This message was put there becuase I'm tired of coming home and listening to a bunch of sales pitches taking up the memory on my ma****e (I have also been getting calls at all hours of the night - many from Florida area codes). There must be some sort of legal action I can take a***nst these companies especially since I am both on the DNR list and have a message specifically telling them to **** up. I'm tired of being harassed by unwanted sales calls through the phone service that I pay for.If anyone knows of ways to go after particularly annoying calls please let me know (other than that waste of time FCC form that, for all I know, does nothing).

This nuimber called about autodialer for my MLM business, DON'T have a business, this is a private residence that is on the DNC list. I work nights and sleep days so this illegal call woke me up in the middle of my night. These a**es must be stopped.

800-689-3059They called today on my cell phone (I am also on the DNC list).  I did not recognize the number so I did not answer and also noticed they left a VM.  I immediately googled the number and found these posts.  Hope they don't ever call back.

This number calls my cell 5 times a week and never leaves a message.

Got a call at 1:17 pm two times in a row.

I am unsure who it is keeps calling but this is the second time I have received a phone call from the above number and I am not aware of anyone under this number and I have not given my number to a business asking to be notified or solisited. My home phone number is removed from the calling list and that makes me wonder how this is happening as it is a private number. SI have already been investigating who is behind this 800 number for the actual business name as I am going to proceed with legal issues if my number is not placed on their do not call list and they will be reported to the FTC. Note, I used to work as a programmer for a large public corporation that performed business to business marketing so I am aware of the telemarketing code of law for residential and business ownership. It only takes 48 hours to remove a persons name from a database, not 30 days.

Got a call today 12:40 pm, 6/17/09 from(800) 689-3059some sort of automated, marketing MLM solicitation.they called my home number as well as my cell phone.Both are on DNC lists.W***ver these folks are behind this auto calls are breaking the law.  annoying

Repeated telemarketing calls to my cell phone number...repeated immediately to my home phone if I don't answer cell....weird AND annoying.

Recorded message telemarketing. At some point in the recording made reference to "JC Internet Marketer and Consultant". I am on the Do Not Call registry.

they say i have a outstanding credit card bill that i need to pay at once and i can pay them directly. I HAVE NO CREDIT CARD!!!! They are a scam!

Automated message about advertising with Power Tech Systems. Sounds like a robo-dialer.

This is a MLM training call. I don't want to be called on my cell phone by these people. Why are they able to call me and use up my minutes. grrr Thank you

800-689-3059 called around 6:55pm cst to 918-453-0817. Who does the 800 number belong to. I am on the do not call list and don' appreciate calls like this. Scammers are getting away with, and I hope they get caught and put in prison(pay their way) and throw away the key. 0442

Automated call from idiot telemarketer who is aware the the FTC's Do Not Call listing is ineffective. Essentially an a** who does not believe in privacy or abiding by the law.SCAM.

I also received a call from them 5/11/09 in the evening. I too am on the do not call list and have a private unlisted telephone number. Does anyone know who they are to report them?

Got a call from 800-689-3059 and would love to sue their****! Im also on the DNC list, which is a freakin joke! Filed a complaint and will do my own personal research to find out who this is ;)
