This person is calling me in reference to my sister. He has called my friends as a result of this. How can I get him to stop this?

This guy Perez, claimed to be everything but GOD, he was looking for my wifes son for car payments. For three days we talked to him, he was going to have my wife and I arrested, finally last night he said it was about the car. We contacted the kid the car has now been picked up. The tactics some people use are amazing.

Mr.Prez****istant called my mother at her work asking personal info about me, saying she was the police and was issueing a warrant for my arrest. We don't know why i would have a warrant. It is all B.S.

Mr. Perez called my cell phone and left a message, claiming himself to be an attorney, and threatening to file a claim a***nst me with authorities if I didn't return his call today. Later I returned his call and spoke with him. He attempted to verify my name and birthdate. I refused to verify this and asked him what this was in reference to. He refused to answer this question. Using a call identifier he wanted to verify where I was calling from, my place of work. A***n I refused. He said "well then I'll****ume all my information is correct and I'll send the authorities to pick you up" at my place of work.
