I called them to ask to be removed from their list, obviously they do not What can I do?

A phone message on my cell phone from Jay Moore, a Telemarketer calling about debt reduction loans, indicating that it is "imperative" to give him a call.

Calls 3 to 6 times a day, despite the fact that we have no credit card debt. Whenwe ask to be heard or removed, they simply **** up. Sounds like a phishing scam to me.

Calls every day at same time of day. Have requested they remove my number. They just **** up!

update - Jay Moore and William Park are the same scam -

Tried to call the number back and the call would not go through - fast busy signal. Wonder if they have finally been shut down - will try a***n later.

Message: "This is Jay Moore with Data Link Direct at 1-800-693-1949. I'm calling regarding your credit card balances and the minimum payment that are going up. It is imperative that you give me a callback. You now qualify for a debt reduction allowance program, a***n my name is Jay Moore and my phone number is 1-800-693-1949. It is imperative that you give me a call. "

I got a call from a "unavailable" number, i didnt awncer it, they left a message saying that this is J more for DAtalink direct, conserning my monthly credit card bills, he repeated a***n who he was and said to urgently call him back at 18006931949 But the actually number he called from was 408-651-8746

they keep calling my 10 year olds tracphone and leaving messages about reducing his credit card debt. i have asked them over and over to remove his number from the calling list but they keep calling back. when i ask to speak to a manager they **** up on me.

I have received about 10 calls from this number on my office phone. I don't need credit card debt reduction.

Has called my business phone and left messages on 3+ occasions. I first called back over a month ago to have my number removed and he continues to call. Each time I call back to ask to have my number removed they **** up on me. I don't have credit card debt, but they insist they can help me with it.

I just received a call from this Jay Moore person regarding "credit card balances and minimum payments going up" and that "I qualify for debt reduction program". This is most definitely a scam. He quoted the exact same spill that I rec'd from a previous message (last week) from some guy named Gary Miller (

calls about credit card reduction,but when i called back to ask them to quit calling,i was ***g up on,treated rudely,threatened and lied to! to top it off, they told me "jay moore" was on break. i don't think there is a "jay moore" in india!

i called them back to get removed.  they ***g up on me so i kept calling back.  my fourth attempt (and fourth different voice) i got someone who actually at least acted like he was going to remove the number and he apologized for the people who ***g up.
