No one by the name they asked for resides here. A personal cell phone they called. All of the sudden these 800, and 866 s****ed calling asking for some woman. A wrong number, or possibly fraud? I will investigate further.

constantly calling ,they should already know that alot of people that dont pickup 800 calls arent going to answer,there should be fines and legal charges brought to these pain in the *#!

they call every couple of weeks, usually with a different name and reason for calling, At first I answered, told them I had no idea what they were talking about. They continue to call,just c****e who they say they are. Luckily, I have a panasonic cordless phone which lets you add numbers to a 'block' list, won't even ring, they get a fast busy signal. Works better than the phone co since it lets me block 800-numbers too.

A man called my dad and s****ed harassing him, trying to get location info on me.  My ***her asked who he was and what he wanted, this man just got much more hateful with him. As a debt collector myself, I know that if someone, even a third party asks for your name and the company you are with, you are required, per the FDCPA, to give that info.  This rude man then continues to harass my ***her, who had just gotten home from the hospital after having a ******.  I had figured out who had called him from the numerous attempts he had made on my cell phone.  His name was John Gallow, and I had left HIM a voicemail back saying that if he EVER contacted my ***her a***n and harassed him, I would personally make sure that he was sued for his actions.  I also told him I was reporting him to the FDCPA for unlawful collection pratices, and that I knew what I was talking about since I worked in the same field.  John called back, and in a much nicer voice over the message, asked me to "please call him back". Yeah right...

Creditors Interc****e with a bogus made of name of Mr. so****ing or other. I think they make up a name for every client they call. When they dont respect that you advise them that the person they are trying to reach does not live at this phone number and they keep calling buy yourself the loudest airhorn you can handle without harming your own hearing and give it right back to em!!! CAll back several times and give it to any SOB that answers the phone from that company, tie up their phone lines, its a toll free call. Call and Call and Call and Call. Airhorns baby, that gets their attention.

Received multiple calls from this company.  I never answer, let it go to voice mail.  This last time they indicated that "We aren't here to extend courtesy to our dead beat clients such as yourself so do yourself a favor and call us back before we make your life a living*****...."Lovely people.

Received a call a little while ago from 800-693-3***, aka "TOLLFREE NUMBER." I answered with the store name I am running. The caller didn't identify himself, just asked for Brook. I told him there was no Brook here (which is true!) and then he asked for Leonard. I told him that I was sorry, but he must have the wrong number. He chuckled, said, "yeah right," and ***g up on me!

I got a call today (about the 7th one from this company) and I told the lady to quit calling me. So of course she calls right back and says, "Why don't you just pay up Larry?" I replied "Maybe because my name isn't Larry, you idiot!" So she says "Oh, you're a real tough guy huh? I get paid a lot of money to do this. I can do this all day long." These people **** me off. It should be illegal to harass people the way they do.

They keep calling but NEVER leave a message.

this guy calls me, yawns very loudly on the answering ma****e then proceeds to burp and then leaves a message,. never said where he was from, so i dont know who this was.

Call my house and ask for a Joel. No Joel lives here but they keep calling and calling. I have caller ID so I just ignore them. Collection agencies are ****s and will stoop to the lowest level to find someone. Wish they would all lose their jobs like the poor ppl they are ***ting.That was funny Thom. I laughed hard. I will say that sometime too. lol

I was contacted by Stephen Thomas who was nice and said they were waiting only one more day before taking this case to court and filing judgement liens and such. He was polite until I asked if he could validate the debt and if he bought the debt from a write off. He said the Co. sold it to them and then made a way high offer to settle. I said too high, Co. offered 1/4 that. He said no way and forwarded call to Steven Miller (tough guy)I asked him to validate debt, he came unglued, screamed that he was proceeding to court. The conversation was ending and the bill was racking up higher as we spoke. The next day the nice guy called me back. He asked to speak with me. Iasked him if he remembered talking to me Sat. He said he didn't recall.Yhen I asked him why He said the debt was sold to them and the "screaming tough guy" said it was the Co.'s debt and they were the "collectors" for the Co. Bottom line it's a third party debt, an agency who bought debt pennies on the $, and is looking to pick what's left off the ****s of a carcass. Told them they could meet me in BK court! There is a line of course...

Call from the 1-800-693-3*** is coming to my OFFICE,CELL PHONE. I was told that this is illegal and reportable. My cell 419-773-0610 and the office is 419-227-4602.

They keep Calling my house for someone named Ken.  So I finally said Ben Who  He said, no Ken.I said Noken who?  He said are you serious?  Its Kenneth! I said I've told you many times when you've called no Ken lives here. He Said,  Why did you say Ken?I said,  Because your a *****.You can call the 800 number and ask to be taken off the call list.  I've done it twice.  It hasn't worked yet obviously.

Just left me a voicemail saying she needed some guys social security and it was serious, but when she left a voicemail she obviously heard my voice and knew it was a girl, not ***g Lee

This is Creditor Exc****e collection agency calling on behalf of HSBC. The message was left by a Richard Malcom at 877-770-6339. Made threats that the law prohibits, so I would advise you never repsond to these ****s.

THEY CALLED RIGHT KNOW NO PICK AS 8003 AND IM NOT GOING TO PAY THEM ...THEY COULD CHRGE OFF WHAT EVER I OWE.

Creditors' Interc****e, a collection agency. Caller identified himself as Warren ... and said that his "office has been retained to take care of this urgent business matter regarding your Chase Manhattan Account". We have a mortgage, a checking (formely WAMU) and a credit card account with them but I guess it would most likely be about the credit card. At first I thought that it was a law firm since he did not identify the firm he worked for in the voice mail he left ( but just stated that his "office had been retained by..." at term used by lawyers. I only found out the name after calling back and when I asked for "Warren" the party ***g up.

Left message on voicemail saying its an important matter, no details given. Seems like another scam to me.

This is Creditors Interc****e Mgment, a debt collector for B of A. Definitely hardball tactics. Now, I know I owe B of A money. Now this company is threatening to sue me which I guess they can do. Near the end of the conversation when I pressured her, she did tell me I had other options, and I could even make a settlement arrangement. So they don't tell you this up front. Her name was Mrs. Ariola. I think they are located in Ca***a.

contantly calls even though the person they want is not at the number. they're rude and refuse to remove my number from their rotation. each time they're asked, they say it'll be removed or will tell you they have a right to call. this has been going on for almost 2 months!

Brian Huler from Creditors Interc****e.  Wants me to take a message for my niece who he says owes him money.  Wants her attorney's information.  It is a scam.  She does not owe him anything.

Called me at 6:45 am on President's day. No message left. Hope they call back, I'd love to speak to a supervisor.
