got this message on my VERY UNLISTED 'Family plan" cell phone. Unidentified? can Stay unidentified. Sounds like a scam. I haven't defaulted on any student loans. My cell phone is dead and I was checking Vmail so I have no idea what the caller ID may have said. But my cell is NOT my business line. It's for family and emergencies. My job doesn't even have my cell. So if anyone needed to get in touch w/me they'd call MY HOUSE, not my cell.That's why I'm fairly positive this is a scam. Especially now since I see I'm not the only one receiving the EXACT SAME MESSAGE.
caller had called with same messges, when he got me at a family members house, staying during ice storm he was rude and bullying what a ****. Did not even have my correct address currently and had no other information. What an you know what he told me maybe instead of sleeping at 7:55 am that I should be productive and get a job good way to get me to talk to him A***N not
I have been receiving numerous pre-recorded voicemail messages. Caller does not reference my name; does not reference the name of any agency or company. "....Due to the sensitive nature of this matter, I cannot discuss details in this format. You must contact me at 800-697-4980. This is from a debt collection agency." This is su****ious and I simply ignore them. I'm pretty sure that EVERYONE who has ever extended me credit has asked for my address and they can mail me a letter of any issues!!
Mr. Bona left a voice message with a reference number and said he needed an "answer" right away. Left this 800 number as callback. What a farce.
I think they're trying to collect for defaulted student loans.
it says that its from a debt collector. it is for the national action financial. he was trying to get in touch with my wifes ex fiance. so i dont know if that will help.
this number keeps calling my mom and asking for my wife
