got back to back calls from this number on cellphone.  One at 10:27 pm and another at 11:28 pm.  since it was late at nite, did not answer as was in bed.  CAN ANYTHING BE DONE TO STOP THIS FROM HAPPENING?

Never give any personal information to anyone over the phone, for any reason. That's just asking for disaster. Regardless of who these people are, never, never, never, ever give them your social security number. Nor give it to anyone else whom you don't know.

These people call before 8 am and after 9 pm CENTRAL Time.  They refuse to talk to me.  They asked for someone who I have no idea for whom they are asking. I continually ask to be removed from their call list.  I am logging the calls, saving my voicemails, and if I get an operator, will record the discussion.  I plan on writing to my Attorney General and log a complaint a***nst this company.

This number belongs to US Bank, when I answer they **** up. I did get someone on the phone and told them to quit calling but they haven't, this is the 3rd call today. If you call it says their offices are closed in the evenings on Sa****ays, 8:00AM- 12:00 PM.

numerous calls and when asked fo information that must be supplied when asked, e.g. company name, address etc .....will not supply. A***nst the Fair Debt Act of 1977......go figure! MS. Modine at ext 60046 does not comply and when told about laws ....is arguementative and uncooperative

calls several times a day and will not remove my number from their list.

US Bank requesting a non-existant resident. Will not cooperate to remove our number from list. Will not cooperate to speak with supervisor to correct behaviour and/or database.

absolute ****, these people are harrassing me.  I am not the individual they are seeking.

I have been receiving calls from the 314 number and have only answered once...they did say they were USBANKS which i do owe money on my cc but i told them that i could not make a payment with them that i will continue to go to my bank and pay or keep paying online. The last three days this 800 699 2566 number has been calling but they would only let it ring 2 times and **** up. They have never left a message and i have never called them back and don't plan on it.

Phone caller left a message on my ma****e that it was important for someone's name I couldn't understand to call them back right away. It wasn't even close to any name in our household. I figured it was a scam and called the number and extension back and a girl answered and immediately said "May I have your first and last name please" but I did not give it to her.  I just said someone called my number for someone else but they have the wrong number. The scammer didn't ask the name they left on my ma****e and just said "Ok thank you" and ***g up.  Definitely a scam so don't fall for it.
