They have been spam calling me for the last hour, and it first s****ed a month ago, this is 100% a scam, do not answer the phone to this number, some advice, get AT&T and set up call protect and it automatically blocks any number that isn't saved.

IT IS Harley Davidson Financial services. I have a loan for my bike thru them and they called me. I would suggest you answer them and get your phone number off their list of people to call.
I have an account with them but they never call my phone just others that for no apparent reason it's very strange
