Leave a CommentI've received 2 calls from "James" now. Supposedly he's from UFC, which I believe is "US Fast Cash", a payday loan organization. He always mentions that he's calling because I was listed as a reference for one of my friends, leaves his phone number and then ****s up. I have NO IDEA what the purpose of the call even is! I will be armed with appropriate questions when he calls next, so we'll see how this goes down.
My mother received several calls looking for my brother. She does not know his whereabouts or does she care. I am sure they are debt collectors but they give me the big runaround when I call them to try and pin them down. They misrepresented themselves on both occasions. My mom is really upset.
Called me at work and left message with receiptionist instead of going to my voice email. If this is a personal matter they should not leave message with any other employee.
