Have been receiving calls and threats from these people on a debt. They say are willing to settle for less than half of what they are claiming as owed. I have checked with BBB and no listing for them in US or Ca***a, I also searched by phone number and URL address and nothing. The "website" says "currently under construction". Don't know if they are legit or not.
