Because he did not identify hisself and the reason for the call I did not call back. I do know my rights concerning dept collectors and do know that its illegal for them to call and not identify theirselves.

I filed for chapt 7 bankruptcy on Dec 1 2008 and they still call me and leave no answer or any message but the lawyer has told me he has spoken with them to notify them that I filled for Bankruptcy protection under the law and each call they make is illegal and has a 5 thousand dollar fine
