asking about diabetes. i told him to check up the do-not-call list before call....he ****-up! No polite salesman!

This 800-number has called twice this week. I have "missed" both calls, in part because I do not answer numbers I don't recognize. No message is left - which suggests to me that it isn't legit. Besides, my alma maters do not use outside parties for solicitations.

Called at 8:15 p.m.when my family is going to bed. They asked for my dad, the provider for the family and pretended to be from my college and refused to leave a message when my mother answered.Call back and got a voicemail saying its a phone-a-thon. STOP CALLING PEOPLE.

The company is Ruffalo CODY who I used to work for who does calls to Alumni, past donors, parents, and current students of colleges looking for donations towards financial aide. Everything they are doing is completely legal even if your on a do not call list because they are a non-profit. If you have nothing to do with the college then somehow they got the wrong number and you should tell them that. If you don't pick up the phone then they will keep calling. So pick up the phone, make a donation or ask to be taken off their list and you will stop receiving calls. And be nice because they are just poor college students trying to make some money.

Calling me everyday even on Sundays, sometimes as late as 9:30 pm. I dont pick up and when i called back # from private phone it states phone a thon

This number calls almost every night at aroung 6:30 PM. I pick up, and they **** up immediately without identifying themself.

Calls multiple times a day. Does not leave message. Stop calling me.

Received call from 1-800-707-4863.  I was screening calls, no message left.  I dialed the number and a recorded message (woman's voice) said it was "phonathon" and asked me to leave my name/number.  I have been on the no-call list since 2003 and I suspect this was NOT legitimate.  Very annoying.

This person constantly calls and then ****s up once the phone is picked up on our end. If we don't pick up, they let the phone ring numerous times before relenting- sometimes as many as 7-10.

I got a call from them, but didn't answer it. I called the number back, and I was so shocked to hear a recording of ***ual content. Why do some people call to advertise stuff like that to others homes?

This number constantly calls my home. I do not pick up and they do not leave a message. I would like them to stop calling and take my name off their calling list.

I have been getting calls from numbers that I don't know in the last two weeks, and this is one of them.  I don't pick up, I usually screen through voicemail, and they never leave one.  When I called, I got so****ing about a "phone-a-thon".Grr..

This number has called me about 5 times in the last 2 weeks. I just came back and saw a missed call on my cell phone so I called it back this time and it says it is "Phone-a-thon" and had me leave my name and my phone number. I said "This is Justin and you have called me around 5 times in the last couple of weeks. I want you to know that you call my cellular phone and it is illegal to solicit me on a cell phone according to law so please remove me from whatever list you are calling me from. Thanks." Let's hope it works!

I keep getting a call from this number on my CELL phone, which is registered on the do not call list. I'm ****ed!

I've gotten about 10+ calls from this number in the past week. I'm getting really ****ed! 2-3 times per night.

Recieved appx. three calls in last four days, let go to voice mail no message left. Looked up number, found information stating it is possibly a company named RuffaloCody, telemarketer for school / charity orgs.

I have gotten 6 calls from this number in the past 3 weeks -- I have never picked up and they have never left a message.  I'm sure they are waiting for me to get so frustrated I will pick up, but it isn't going to happen.  Very annoying.  I read a thread that said this number belongs to "New England College" which I have no connection to.

Called, did not pick up, did not leave a message. Also called the ten year old I baby-sit for. She answered, the caller identified himself as David so****ing or other, and she ***g up upon realizing she didn't know him.
