Funny they use 2 slightly different names NCO and MCO like you can't tell it's them and keep calling even if your not who there looking for and will not remove you when you tell them that or say they will and over 2 months still call

calls 3 to 4 times a day. when u pick up, its some recording. very annoying. no way to block them.

800-709-8625 calls me 3 times a day. I owed money to ***ody, but they keep calling... This may be the reason why people c****ed phone numbers to avoid these calls. And my present phone number is possibly belonged to some one whose name and number still kept in database.

NCO student loan collection.Apparently these "classy" well-trained, guard dogs, will bark up the wrong tree.My uncle has a student loan from 20 years ago.  Im the lucky chap that has the same name as my dead beat uncle.  So "John davis" the collector thinks i'm lieing... He thinks im just denying that Im my uncle.  WE HAVE THE SAME FREAKEN NAME!!! Anyways... These guys will call and call until a person might need therapy.  I CANT SLEEP WITH OUT THEM CALLING.  So i decided to help my uncle take care of this matter for good.  Of course my recommendation and any professional will tell you "Its always best to make payments!" but its always best to know your options before negotiating with these "Classy" Collectors.  Heres a website I found that some "Student Loan collector" Made... Got the first call from this number (that I know of) today.  Because I don't respond to 800-numbers, 000 numbers or other numbers I do not recognize, I did not answer.  They left a message on the answering ma****e "this is an effort to collect on a debt ... etc."  I don't owe them money and have never heard of them.  I should go back and listen to the number they want me to call and post it so that everyone can call it 10 times a day to tie up their lines?

They have called my house 3 times in the last two weeks, I also refuse to answer the phone, thanks to what I have found on the internet about them. They show up MCO Financial, but apparently they are also NCO Financial. I don't have any debt that anyone can collect on, so I hope someday they will give up. I am never answering their call or calling back....

Do not talk to these people at all. They have been calling my house several times a day over a debt from 8 years ago. By the laws in my state the debt is too old to collect on. NCO has no power and legal way to collect an outdated debt. They can not take me to court or garnish my wages...their threats are empty talk. Do not be afraid of their threats...NCO are pure s*** of the earth. If you are in a similar situation...do not ever talk to them on the phone...if you do it can re-open your old debt as being new a***n. ( then they could take you to court ) Paying off an out-dated debt will do more harm than good. Your credit history report will not improve by paying off a old debt. Please investigate this is you do not believe me. There are many sites that discuss this. There is one thing you can do to silence the NCO calls. Buy a "Caller ID with Ring Controller" google to find it. I bought mine on ebay for $50 This little ma****e will block all NCO calls ( even 000-000-0000 calls )...or any other caller you do not wish to hear. It stops your phone from ringing. From their end they still hear the phone ringing, so they do not know they are being blocked. At least you will have silence. Call all you want NCO ....I no longer hear your calls....

Out of the Blue I s**** getting calls from this company. I have told them they have the wrong number but they continue to call. They are rude, unprofessional and have no legal basis to call numbers randomly and demand money. This borders on extortion and harassment. Maybe we should file a class action lawsuit a***nst the company, that may get there attention. Anyone know of a lawoffice that would be willing to take the case??
