When number called back says voicemail is full but answers as Community Welfare Services.
Has called several times--no answer.

Received call a 12:30pm woke me up but no one on other end.
this number has called a few times. When I answer, ***ody is there. I called the number back and got a message that I was being forwarded to mailbox (no name given). At that time got message to "**** up"...when I didn't, a recorded voice said "Are you still there? Goodbye" and the phone was disconnected.
Call and as soon as you answer they **** up. Return the call and get a recording. Who does this kind of **** anyway? I am sooooooo tired of it!!!

Called 2 times this evening (Sunday) with ****-up each time after answering. Called the number off caller ID and recording said it was "community welfare services, press 1 to disconnect, 2 to dial another number." Have had these calls before and they are very annoying, and usually wake me up during the day while I am trying to sleep as I work nights...
