Unwanted and unwarrented calls. Sounds like a bottom feeder collection agency who has the wrong person but doesn't have enough sense to get the number out of their system. #8045
I would like for this company to stop calling my home!
thy are a debt settlement company under investigation by several states according to some google and yahoo requests for info. Ripoff report . com has a file on them and they do business w a company in california national****ets or so****ing. govt. been trying to get at them according to what I see actions going back years. they must have good lawyers. Scammers love businesses w/little regulation, these companies all over the television, investigate though and wow,,,,,,,,,
Number left on caller id is the 800-710-1309 but no way to reach them or resolve any issues. My husband was a victim of fraud and we got it cleaned up so now I am concerned it happened a***n.
I called back using *82 so my number wouldn't show up but it said I had called outside their normal hours. 10 in the morning till 10 at night...I called at 4:20 in the afternoon. So****ing doesn't add up with that.
This number has been calling me for WEEKS now. I answer, they say ask for my husband, I ask who they are and what this is in regards to, they say they are American Debt Arbitration. I have told them EVERY TIME THEY CALL to TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST, we are not interested in anything they have to offer. They get very rude, yelling 'have I offered you anything?!' and then **** up. When you call back there is an automated system that says their office hours are 10AM to 10PM EST, yet it is usually between 11am and 2pm, yet no one is there. I've tried being nice and they just **** up when I try ask to be removed. Their theory is, if they **** up fast enough, they didn't actually hear you ask, so they can keep calling you. So far, they have been calling almost every day for about 2 weeks or so.
I rec'd a call from this number at my office - it was an automated message selling Digital Satellite TV systems. When I dialed '1' to be connected to someone (So I could be removed from the list), it ***g up on me. I dialed the number back & it said American Debt Arbitration, but this is a lie. I called the real Am. Debt Arb & gave them the info so hopefully they can follow up on it themselves. The person I spoke with was very nice, but since it's not them calling us, there wasn't much he could do for me.
I have no idea who these people are, but it says on the caller ID American Debt and when I called the number it says that they are American Debt Arbitrators and that we have called outside of business hours. I am not sure if this is a collection call or a scam to sell some debt service. We have received several calls from them, but they leave no messages. We have good credit, so our****umption is that this is a scam. They continue to call during business hours and we are not home. PLEASE MAKE THEM STOP!!!
Actually,American debt arbitration or a.d.a. Is an actual company not a scam. and I had no problem with them taking me off the list when I just ASKED if I can please be removed.AS far as representatives being rude thats just unacceptable, they are state and federally regulated just like any other business that does business over the phone. SO REPORT THEM!!! Actually you should try talking to them in a nice manner long enough to get the representatives name so that way if they don't remove you from the list or are rude you can get so****ing done about it.
This company calls several times a day for past couple of months. Must use a predictive dialer system as ***ody is usually on phone when we answer. Today I spoke to a man with a Jamaican type accent who was very rude and unprofessional when I questioned him about his company. Said he was with a company named American Debt Arbitration. When I asked him more about his company he said he was calling to help me and could tell I was an ungrateful person and must have gotten bit by a bug today. I told him he was behaving rudely for somebody who phoned my home asking for business. Then he told me to s*ck my mothers d*ck and ***g up on me. I tried calling him back but recording said office hours are 10AM to 10PM EST. It is now only 3:00PM EST.
calling constantly no message no answer
First off, they are a pain the the ---, but they are not telemarketers. This means, since they are supposedly hired by a company that is owed a debt, they are allowed to call your number, unless you write a letter stating they are not allowed to contact you by phone anymore. Then they are reduced to mail. You may also write a letter stating that they may not contact you at all. Then of course, if in fact you do owe a debt, it will stay on your credit record. I am not sure what other avenues they are allowed after that point to collect the debt. The other issue, it is a law that a business or organization is not allowed to call after 9:00 pm, the callees time. You can turn the number in, and if you have it on your caller ID with the time attached to it, you may be able to make a case.I have gotten two or three calls from them in the last 2 days. No answer from them. I don't owe a debt, so I will choose to ignore them. I don't have to answer my phone, and caller ID is a great invention!
these are the rudest cust service reps ever. They **** up on you and they get rude when you ask them who they are and what they want. That's a great way to ***n a customer! They are a debt consolidation company and their number is 1-800-310-9317 .adatoday.com call them up and tell them to remove you from their list ... or report them if you are on a no call
Yeah, they just called me too. This isn't the first time though. They never leave a message either.
I am getting ph call from this no since two days and
They have called my business several times this week asking for my Wife. But they **** up when I try to get info out of them. This morning there was a message on my ma****e from last night. It was i***vertant because there was mumbling and then some female foreign language and then click.Scam for sure especially when the information they have doesn't add up.
Called at12:35 oct.31, 2007. I answered and they ***g up.
They called at 1:40 on August 9. I didn't pick up the phone and they didn't leave a message. It's probably another scam call. On that day I also received 2 other scam phone calls from 2 different phone numbers.
