I recieved calls from them and then the letter showed up. It turned out it was in regards to our loan with Wells Fargo. I know a lot of you have had issues with this company but I may be the only person with no complaints. I spoke with the rep, found out I could pay off my outstanding loan by paying around half of the amount I owed and they even let me make it in payments over 60 days. I now have a car I owe nothing on and my credit is looking good.

Every time these ****s call file a complaint with the Do Not Call list, the federal trade commission, politicians or consumer action column in your local newspaper or TV station.  A friend of mine was helped by a local TV station consumer action show to solve a dispute with a phone company.www.donotcall.govNAFS has an (F) rating with the better business bureau and a huge number of lawsuits filed a***nst them.If you decide to call them which is a mistake then do not give out your social security number, credit card number or bank account number.  I you have been ****ered in to doing this them cancel your credit card or bank account immediately.If they claim you owe debt make them send a letter in the mail and they probably won't send it because they probably can't prove the debt.

Everyday I get a call from this number, but when it shows up on my caller ID its 716-000-0000. I answer the phone and no one is on the other side. I did finally get a message from this number asking for me to call back. I decided to call back and was told by a ma****e to wait for the next rep. I waited and finally it was ringing only to hear this phone was disconnected. Not sure what this is all about. We need to be able to stop this from happening a***n over and over. This is harassment!!

For the past week or so, I had messages every day on my ma****e from this people, however they were not completed messages and I could not understand what they wanted.  All it said (not a live person) was (Nafs of Ca***a...)This evening I came home from work and there was a message from this guy saying that he is an officer and needed me to call him back asap.  He left the 800 number with a reference number saying that when I call I needed to give the person the ref. number.  The way he left a message, you would think that he is a polic officer and the matter is pretty urgent.  So I called the number back and a message came saying that all the reps were busy and I needed to hold.  Then another message came saying asking to leave a name and phone number and someone would call them back.  I did not leave any message and decided to check on the 800 number on line and here I am.  After reading all the messages here, I do not believe I am going to call the number back.  I am not sure what it is. If it is a collection agency, which I don't believe I owe money to anyone!!!!, then I just wait until they send me a letter.  Thanks for the info.

We received a call from this number today. They left a message.  They asked to speak with my husband and said it was about a personal business matter.  They gave this phone number and the ext. 14.  They didn't say where they were from so I called the number back.  I thought it would say the name of the company when they first picked up.  It didn't.  It just said to hold and then right away someone picked up and asked to speak with my husband - by name.  They must have a caller id.  I just ***g up.

Some of the rudest ****s on the face of the earth! Left several messages looking for my ex-husband's ***** ex-wife.  When I asked them how they got my number they told me it was none of my businesss. Let's see if the FCC thinks it's none of my business! Under the Fair Credit Collections Practices Act it's illegal to contact friends, relatives, neighbors or, in my case, someone with the same last name in an attempt to collect a debt. Steve of NAFS, if you're reading this, you're a huffy, snotty, officious little putz.

I received a call from this NAFS of Ca***a. The voicemail said to call 1800-713-6906 Ext1 his name was Stan. I blocked my number and called the 800# back to see what the heck this was. Looked it up on the internet and wa-la! I will call them back to toy around with them a little bit and then hurt there feelings of not getting anything out of me .....lol

They call several times a day.  Always ask for my husband and say it's for an important business matter.  They're a collection agency but definitely shifty and not trustworthy.  Don't give them any information!!!

7 calls in one day.apparently they have access to company records of all sorts. the company knew nothing about why they were calling us. nafs of ca***a,the so-cslled mailing adress is 165 LAWRENCE BELL DRIVE,WILLIAMSVILLE,NEW YORK 14221.PHONE CALLER IS IN CA***A,ANOTHER NUMBER FROM THEM IS 019-685-2201,.this IS a collection agency!!!

Excessive amount of calls daily !! Only number shows on caller ID, no name. When return calling, same messege every time. All Reps are busy... Is rather annoying !!

NUMEROUS calls within 20 mins of each other...recorded messege. When attempting to call back the number same messege everytime "All call representatives are busy, please hold for next available"..

Keeps calling and it said to stay on the line for the next rep.  Then a dial tone???
