Leave a Commentrecv'd vmail receiving a request to return call @ an urgent matter... I've got your urgent matter right *****in here!Calling Insight to inform them, ensure account info is OK.
Caller left message on my cell that "this is Taylor Thompson on behalf of Insight Communications with an urgent matter regarding your account. Please call us back at 1-800-713-9766."I did call, because I had just made a payment to Insight the day before and thought there could have been a problem with it. What happened though, was I got a ma****e that said "This is a test." And ***g up. Curious what's going to happen Now.I did call Insight just to confirm- they verified there was no urgent matter about my account.
Caller represents themselves to be Insight Communications needing to speak with me about an urgent business matter regarding my account. In fact my account is current and that number is not a valid number****ociated with Insight Communications. Do not call them back much less give them ANY information. Call comes up as unknown name and number.
