Multiple calls to cell phone. They are rude and annoying and **** up on us when we call back to get them to stop. They need to be prosecuted. I have received multiple phone calls at my home numbers answering ma****e (6 messages) from this telephone number asking me to call about my credit card bills, and the minimum payment which is about to go up. I want them to stop calling, but cannot get an answer on the phone numbers line.

Messages left weekly at the Elementary school phone number stating "imperative" & I must reply "immediately" regarding "your debts". When I return their call, the phone rings and rings. One time someone answered and they ***g up on me when I questioned them for more detail. They asked if I was calling about reducing my debt, and I said I wanted to know about their company. They ***g up. It did not sound like a business--very su****ious.

Today I got another call from this number, in fact I got two calls from a person with exactly the same voice.  The one from this number said she was Linda Park instead of Linda Target.  Same exact staement as above.  The second one from this same person said she was Sally Moore this time, and gave another 800 number.  I have received about 10 of these calls in the last week, along with most of my neighbors.  This is out of control.

A woman using this name has called at least once to claim that she is with "Newco Debt Incorporated [or similar--she mumbles the business name])" and that she is calling regarding my minimum credit card payment going up, that I should call back because I "now qualify for the "Debt Reduction Allowance," etc, etc. She closes with, "A***n, it is imperative that you give me a call.") I've also had a man call using the EXACT same script, but with a different phone number and business name.

In the same day I received 2 calls regarding cedit and an urgency to return the call. I tried several time to return the call with no answer. One call was from this person, Wendy Parks, and the other was from Cris Young which I have already filed a complaint. Be aware! From articles I have read on line, some 800#s are charging customers.

Called regarding debt consilidation at my work number

I am on the do not call list. "Wendy Parks" called twice so far saying it is IMPERATIVE that I call back regarding my credit card balance. I have no balance as I pay it off the day the statement arrives.

Received this call twice now. I ignored the call the first time but decided to look into it further the second time I received the message when I called the phone just continued to ring and ***ody answered. It said it was imperative that I call her back and discuss debt reduction plans related to my minimum payments being made on my credit card bills. I pay all my bills in full each month so I thought they might be trying to get in touch with someone else. Now I know there are others that have received this ridiculous call/message. I am also on the do not call list like everyone else.

Hi, I received a message from this woman claiming that it was "imperative" I call her concerning my "credit card balance and the minimum payment going out". This is a total fantasy as my husband and I ALWAYS ( with a single exception over 20 years ago) make the full payment on our balances!!!!! It upset us both very much and we are complaining about her call! Why isn't this type of call included in the "Do not call list"?

She left a message that I needed to call her back due to interest rate increase and debt collection! I will not call her back after doing Internet research on this scam!

This is clearly a fraudulent operation and action should be taken by State Attorneys General.

Someone named Linda Target called.  She left the same message I've been getting a few of every day for awhile.  " I'm calling reguarding your credit card balance and the minimum payments that are going up.  It's imperative that you call me back.  You now qualify for the debt reduction allowance program......"  This is eactly the same line that each different caller says.  I've written to the government, but I don't think they do anything.

Thyey are now calling my in-laws. All we can do is to spend our time calling their 800 number, incessently, for an hour or more. Let's tie up their time. When they answer use ***ue replies to their questions. i.e. "What is your balance?" Reply: "I do not share that information with unauthorized third parties." Time wasted with us, if we do this, costs them money!

I guess there is not stopping this ***** who has my cell phone number and leaving a message that Wendy Park says it is important that I call this number. When I do call it goes to music hold and some one picks up cant understand what they are talking about.

A message was left on our answering ma****e, saying it was imperative that we call back. After listening to the message several times, she talked so fast it was hard to understand, I understood her to say it was about consolidating cr. card debt, etc. I wasn't interested. A caller claiming to be Wendy Park leaves a recorded message stating that it is imperative that I call back about my credit card balance stating they can help me reduce my balance due on my credit card. I am not interested in the service because I do not have credit card debit. However, I did call them back to request they remove me from their calling list. When I called back an Asian woman answered and asks me if I'd like to reduce my debt. I said no and asked to be removed from their caller list she ***g up. I repeated this three times with the same results. The number is 800-716-4271. This is a scam and needs to be stopped by the authorities.

That hasn't happened yet. i am fed up with them because they are using deceitful tactics and because they haven't removed my number yet, even after I have been requesting that for 6 weeks. I did get the name of the company today. It is "Debt Reduction" located in Miami Fl. My message today was from "Wendy Park" who is not available when I call back. The female on the phone today when I called them said her name was "Alex" and she said she would remove my cell phone number. I hope they haven't lied to me a***n! I am going to contact my congressman next.

During evening hours their phones don't work, another # that a different person from same company left was 800-716-4295. I initially tried to return calls since I was concerned that my iden***y may have been swiped and credit card debt accrued erroneously. When I called back during day, got Asian/Indian voice asking me if I'd like to reduce my debt. When I asked to be removed from their caller list, he ***g up on me.

I received a call today 4/22/08 from 562 716-4271 asking me to call 800-716-4271 about credit card debt.  I do not and have never had any credit card debt.  I tried calling both numbers to have my number removed but all I get is music.

Called several times and I called back. The first time I complained and they ***g up on me. The next time I told them my name was Walter Croncite and that I had $13K in CC debt, half in collections. That got me to a "supervisor", and I then asked for the address, which she gave me as Allied Services, Building 16-100, 10000 NW 25th Street, Miami FL 33172. What do you know, Google that and it comes back to a UPS store, who doesn't answer their phone. They have already called 3 times today. This is getting old!!!!

This is one of the numbers used by a telemarketer for what appears to be a credit card debt scheme. First name may also have been "Lindy." You can probably identify this caller by the overuse of the word "imperative."

Calling my business number telling me I qualify for debt reduction and that it is imperative that I call them back. They have called numerous times so I called back to tell them they must have the wrong number. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they hand up. I called 10 times and they ***g up every time.

got a call to my work number, fed gov. her message says that it is imperative that I call her back. Twice. She said that it is about my credit card minimun payment increase and that they can help with debt reduction and loans. I did call back but receiptionist's English was hard to understand. when asked the name of the company, the receiptionist said it is L. I. Services. I find their telemarking misleading and deceptive. I do not have credit card with them at all.
