Leave a Commentthey're back and now as Frank Thomas with the number (800) ***-7948;This is the same company from California that was leaving the message with the name Gina Miller attached and using the phone number (800) ***-0189. That number is no longer in order but this one is their replacement. Same ****py ring (all *****ly), Same ****py hold music, and same ****py foreign accents answering and asking the same ****py pitch.Good luck on trying to get them to quit as Gina lasted a long time and I am sure Frank is just another fic***ious name in this continuous scam.I am just going to waste their time by repe***ively calling them back.
Our agency has received a complaint in reference to Gena Miller of Consumer Acceptance Corporation calling residents in Park County, Wyoming. At this time no resident has engaged in any activity with the caller or the return number, and we recommend no activity. The most current case with our agency is 08-490.
Same message from
Repetiitive calls to my work phone number always by a record a call.
Same deal here. I'm on the Do Not Call List and these yahoos need stopping.
Same as others on this site. How do I stop the calls?
Calling to offer debt reduction.
Same as the complaints listed below. This has been going on for over a week; yes****ay it was a guy, the day before a "different" guy. I am on the "do not call" list, so I shouldn't be getting these calls!
Solicitation from debt consolidation company. It is a recorded message from Gena Miller saying the same thing. We have probably received at least 30 calls from them in the last 2 months. We are on the MT do not call registry and we have also reported them to consumer complaints. The worst part is that when you call to ask them to remove your phone number from their list, they **** up on you! When I have asked to speak to a supervisor, they **** up on you as well. PLEASE make them stop! This is interfering with our day to day business operations!
Two calls in 3 days saying the same thing. First one from a guy. I ignored the message and figured if it was truly about my credit card payments going up, the credit card company would be who to call. Second call from Gena came in two days later, saying the exact same thing. A***n, I'm ignoring the message. I hope these calls don't continue!
Solicitation for debt consolidation from for-profit organization. I am on Kansas Do Not Call List. Have reported this to the Kansas Attorney General's office. Very annoying. Especially since I have absolutely no debt.
A Gina Miller from Consumer Acceptance called at 4:32pm on 4/28/08 and said she was calling about credit card balances and that minimum payments are going up and that I qualify for debt reduction. She said that it is imperative that I call her at 800-***-0189. My number is on the do-not-call registry. I have received many calls like this recently.
How do we stop these people? I am on a do not call list and have absolutely no debt. I have reported them to the Kansas Attorney General's office.
Annoying call from debt consolidation company. I am on Kansas No Call List. Have reported this to the Kansas Attorney General's office. Funny thing - I have absolutely no debt.
Same story here. Same number, showed up as "Acceptanco" on caller ID, same tired script, no response to call backs sent in complaint to FCC. Had a second call from another number with the same message.
Two calls so far. One from Gena one from a guy. Same script. Sent in complaint from donotcall.gov I hope it stops soon
On April 26, 2008, at 1:41 p.m., a person saying she was "Gina Miller" left a message on my recorder saying, twice, that it was "imperative" that I get back with her because "payments are going up." The number on my caller ID shows that it is coming from the number
Same as the "Wendy Parks" credit card scam, probably the same people. Urgent that I call them etc. concerning my credit rating.
they keep calling. when i call back and ask to be taken off theor list, they **** up
telamarketer who keeps calling and has been told we are on the do not call list.
Received call stating that it was imperative that I call bAck AS THE INTEREST RATE ON MY CREDIT CARD WAS GOING TO INCREASE. This is an absolute falsehood. . Who are these people- where do they get their call list. I am on a "do not call" list. A
Two calls in two days stating it's impartive and I qualify for their debt reduction program.
I work third shift, and people know not to call me before 6pm-I do not appreciate this person calling my private cell phone number and waking me up!
will not remove number from call list. they always **** up if you tell them you are on the do not call list. They will not give you any information about the company - ?Allied Services?
To stop Telemarketer calls you need to register your home and cell phones with NATIONAL DO NOT CALL. Here is their URL: https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx
They call my home several times a day with the same message that it is imperative that I call them about minimum credit card payments. But now they are calling my cell phone as well. The message Gina Miller left said that the name of the company is Consumer Acceptance Corp.
-Consumer Acceptance Corporation -states that it's imperative that I call
They called many times to our Hospital Emergency Page #. When we call 800-***-0189 number to ask them to remove our number, they **** up before we can finish.
I get a message everyday at work from this number. They want to reduce my credit card debt. Anyone know how I can get off this list?
call at all hours and leaves voice mail about debt reduction... Sally Moore; uses the words "imperative that i return my their call" called back to ask to be removed and was ***g up on
Just called them back to find-out who they were. The first thing that comes out of their mouth is if I would like to consolidate my debt.I called them two times and both times I asked for Gina Miller. The first one sounded like she was from India. The second time I called back, the lady who answered was actually sounded Asian. (Ironically the phone recording sounded like an American.) In both cases they claimed that they were Gina.In either case they don't say what the company name was and ****-up on you if you ask too many questions.I just reported them to FCC. Hopefully that will stop them.
Repetative calls
This place has called me twice a day on my cell phone for weeks, I have asked them to stop calling and they just **** up, I registered my cell phone on the DNC list and they still keep calling!!! Please make them stop!

We're on the DO NOT CALL LIST. We've gotten 3 calls in 2 days from this co. STOP!
They are calling to help you reduce CC debt. But as soon as you ask anything about the company, then they **** up on you. Very su****ious!
They call and call and **** up on you if you ask them to stop calling or if you ask for a supervisor. they are very shady
same msg from the same person multiple times a day saying that my credit card balances are going up. Everytime you call back some barely english speaking person asks if you want to reduce debt, if you ask for a supervisor they dissconnect you, if you play along they ask for personal info. These people are a scam company and are phising for personal info and they need to be stopped anyone who has ever had contact from these people needs to report it to the FCC so that they can be stopped
Calling about credit card dept and the minimum payments that are going up. I have less than $500 in credit card debt. Not necessary.
I kept getting messsages left on my voicemail at work after hours. I finally called back and asked to be removed from their calling list and was disconnected. I called back and the same thing happened.
Go to the FCC web site & fill out the complaint form #1088. I'm getting 2 calls a day, & they **** up on you if you ask for a manager or to be removed from their calling list.I'm reporting the calls one by one & I think it's the only way to stamp out these Scammers!
These people CONSTANTLY call with an auto recording, I've called them back numerous times to speak with a supervisor to have all of my office #'s removed from their list and they keep ****ing up on me. Finally, I pretended I was interested and had them connect me to Allied Services in Southern California and told them to remove ALL of my work phone #'s from their list. He said they were completely unrelated to the telemarketers out of Florida that are calling me, I said no you're not...how did I get transferred to you then? I informed him of the DO NOT CALL laws and that they are responsible and could be fined. We'll see what happens.
This 800 number keeps calling a work number and always leaves the same message but from different people. When I call back and ask to be removed they **** up.
Same old "it's imperative that you call" about reducing your debt and minimum payments on credit cards. Girl says her name is "Gina". I've gotten plenty with different 800 #s and different voices and names, but all with the same script. Really getting tired of it...any ideas on stopping the calls are welcomed.
This company is a scam company digging for financial information. They are calling a military work number and leaving me messages every day, numerous times. I called to ask them to remove my number and was ***g up on.
