I have received upwards of 20 phone calls from this automated call system saying it is URGENT that I call to reduce my debt. I have asked them to put me on their DO NOT CALL list. I still receive calls, most recently TODAY. I called back 17 times and tried to get someone to talk to me, as soon as I say anything about a supervisor, I am ***g up on. This is absurd.

Name has c****ed since the last time they called. Gary Miller is new to me.

These people are nuts. They are a menace adn you can't stop them, or can we?

Now he has gone international, he called a friend of mine in the middle east

I have asked for my name and number to be removed from thier list. But that did not happen. I think We should send them our bill for the loss of our cell phone minutes... When you try to get someone to take you name & number offf the list, I have been ***g up on so many time... I am passing this unwanted information on to my attorney to file a suit on this company. This is pure harrassment and/or stalking. So MR. Miller how much money would you like to loose.....

The same as everyone else! Called me many times. Funny, I have no debt! I finally called back and talked to Jasmine who said that she will remove me from their calling list (I made her read back my number to make sure she had it correct) we'll see if they call back. I am on the national do not call list too and have been for 9 months.

My 9 year old daughter has had her cell phone, through AT&T, for about 3 weeks now. These calls from Jerry Miller s****ed 2 weeks ago. Same recorded message from the same company. "Imperitive that she call back", "Rising credit card balances and monthly payments going up", "debt reduction..." Wonder what kind of trouble a 9 yr old can get into with her own credit card?

I called to politely ask to be removed from their call list and the woman immediately ***g up on me. I called back a second time only to be ***g up on a***n. They call me at least once a week. These people are annoying!

I received a call 2 days ago from Gary Miller with Consumer Acceptance Corporation indicating my credit card interest rates were about to increase & that I may qualify for debt relief. The call came in on my unlisted home phone & I tried to pick it up 3/4 through the message but it was merely a recording. The message stated to contact them at (800) ***-7097. Thus far I have only received one call but an Internet search reveals this may be a scam. Does anyone have any answers?

I got same call, file complaint with USA FFC online, suggest u do the same:Several FCC rules protect consumers who use wireless communications devices such as cell phones and pagers from calls or messages that may be costly, tie up the line, or deliver unwanted advertising.*The FCC prohibits the use of automatic telephone dialing systems or prerecorded messages to call such wireless communications devices unless the call is made for emergency purposes or with the called party's prior express permission.

Repe***ive calls from this number. Does anyone know their adress. I'd like to visit them. Thanks

We get this voicemail nearly every day, and when I call back I either get ***g up on, or promised to be taken off their list and never do.

Over the last 3 months I have been called about 7 times on an unlisted work mobile number (including 6am west coast time, this morning). "Matthew" said he works for "Consumer Credit" and has promised to take me off their list (a***n). Paralyzing and frustrating. From India, via an internet phone.

This individual has called me several times (on an unlisted business number)over the past few weeks saying that's its imperative to call him back. When I finally did today to request that he not call my business phone a***n I was ***g up on six seperate times.

Message left - sounding like a collection agency. Will not remove number. Very nasty, smart-aleck remarks made. Will not give a company name. Called at work. What is the scam? Do they hope that everyone will fall over themselves to divulge their personal information to what is obviously a hack call center?

When I called back to tell them they have called a Government (Military) phone they ***g up on my twice.

Calss my work 3-4 times a day and when I did get to call them back, had to be ***g up on several times before I got a chance to finally ask someone why they call so much. "To offer you the chance to take advantage of our offer" The girl said she had to have so many appt's in one day to keep her job. I told her she was jeopardizing mine by calling my workplace and got ***g up

Called and left a message about my boss' minimum credit car payments going up and how she qualified for some debt relief and he said he was with Consumer Acceptance Corporation.

Frequent messages RE: debt cinsolidation. When number is called and request is made to remove number CSR ****s up.

Calls work number, returned call and then told that I have $20K in debt, get forwarded to agent who then checks phone number that I provided and ***g up on me when discovered that I made up number.

Refuse to take info to remove me from their list.

Keeps calling some of our work numbers and when you get to talk to some one then they **** up on you.

These JACK***** call my house 2-4 times a day.They are definitely dotheads and every time I tell them to take me off their list they **** up on me. The one time I talked to an "agent" he told me he WOULD NOT take me off the list,actually, his exact words were"have fun getting ***g up on"

I have received multiple calls from this number. Each time I call them back and request to be taken off the list I'm ***g up on. I can only listen to their Kenny G load music so many times. The people leaving messages sound american but the people who answer the phone are definitely Indian.

I have had three voice mails left on my cellular phone number, which is unlisted.

I have received a message from Gary Miller numerous occasions over the last several weeks, telling me that it is imperative that I call him back. The funny thing is, all the calls have been to my unlisted private office telephone number. Obviously, someone is selling personal contact information to Consumer Acceptance Corporation, of which I might add, is nowhere on the web. Everyone needs to be extremely careful.

This number calls us numerous times per week stating that we qualify for debt reduction and it's imperative that we call!
