Please ignore the first complaint I made... I got the numbers mixed up. This phone is not Natale Law Office

Natale Law Office is the Collection Lawyer that Global Credit uses if they cannot get the money you owe. This is the worse people to deal with. I had a debt that I owed, so I was contact by this number and was told I must pay immediately. I made a payment arrangement with them and within 1month and a half, I paid off my debt. A month after I paid my debt, and received my release form that my debt was paid in full, I get a nasty call from one of their reps saying that I still owe them money and that my first payment returned Non-Sufficient Funds... I told them that according to my bank and their letter of release, my debt was paid in full. So, they me up a new file and say that I owe Global Credit money because they were the ones who paid off my debt. I told them that unless they can provide me with proof that I owe them money, I won't be paying them a penny. They then tell me that they don't have to give me proof of anything. How do they not have to give me proof? How am I suppose to go by their word that I owe them money when I have all the proof that I did? They are the rudest people to deal with and are completely ignorant. I called to speak to a supervisor to complain about one rep in particular, and the supervisor would not even let me speak... and the whole time, I was trying to get to the bottom of this and told them that if I owe them money, I'd pay, but I need more information... But they refuse to give it to me. All they did was yell at me and tell me that I owe them money and that they are going to take me to court... If they want to take me to court, by all means, do it... I have my proof that I paid... If I go to court, and I tell the judge that I have proof I paid, and all I asked for was proof from them that I didn't, he'll look at them like idiots and be like "Why didn't you just send her proof that you didn't receive the money?"...

Call to ask for information and and demand that i pay a huge debt and tell me that i better go out and get a loan from a bank! I was shocked and have been in tension ever since! I am scared that they will now begin calling my work place!
