Leave a CommentCall received from 800-730-0197. No response after repeatedly stating my name. Finally ***g up. This number has called my number before, but I haven't been keeping track.
I keep getting calls; word of advise if the call is REALLY important they will leave a message and if they leave a message with NO Identification on who they are do NOT call back. There are to many scams out there. Make it easy on your self and do not answer only answer the numbers that look familiar or you know will be calling back.
I missed a call at 3:47 pm PST on 08/29/2008 from this number.
They keep calling me everyday. I know there is no free lunch and so****ing must cost me. I am not interested this kind of phone calls. Stop them!!!!!
I answered the survey questions and I am now receiving voicemails about booking the cruise. Based on the nature of the calls and the comments listed here, I won't be accepting any calls from this company. Besides, you NEVER give your credit card, SS# etc out over the phone!
YES these number is a fake the real ones are (800-203-9783)(1-954-630-9449) for customer service or (1-800-513-0***) (1-888-218-2620) (1-954-630-9449) for reservation I have entered the win afree cruise and have paid the 59.00 port fee for me and a guest and have taken the cuise from them you will have some fees for parking / gratuties /sales tax / drinks other than coffee & tea / casio playing / spa fees / taxes hotel /service charges
I got one of these - the number was withheldKey phrases in the call include: This is a public opinion poll. You will receive two free boarding p***** for an all inclusive cruise to Nassau Ba***** In agreement with this confirmation, you are responsible for a $59 per person US Governmental Port and Service Fee paid directly to the cruise line fulfilment centre. Please note, this is a complementary offer - you have neither won this, nor is it a prize. The guy says it’s Imperial Majesty Cruise Line, the picture shows Regal Empress Cruise VacationsDuring the call, I am told to go to http://www.householdsurvey.com/ - this is a login page and site loaded with Google Ads.Anyway, I managed to record the whole thing, which is as a podcast on my blog:http://www.digitaltoast.co.uk/free-imperial-majesty-nassau-cruise
Yeah, they keep calling me too. I've filled out surveys before but if I've told them I wasn't interested they have left me alone, until now. These people just will not give up. I don’t want your trip go away.
telemarketer calls too much and when you answer the phone they **** up and keep calling back. please stop them
I am really glad there are others, like me who received this call and recognized it as a scam. However, It makes me sad to think that there are other people who do get caught up and lose money, especially in times of economic hardship. Anyway, after getting multiple messages from this guy on voicemail he told me that I had just one opportunity to take advantage of this opportunity. Additionally, he said that I was lucky to have answered the phone because only one offer is presented per household...yet he asked for me by name..Btw, the guy said his name was Mark..
Got the spill about the cruise and all that. They just wanted a cc # to pay the port fees. Told them I'd call them back. Ended up here. Now I know. SCAM SCAM SCAM. The sad thing is that there is a real cruise line called Imperial Majesty that is legit so if you don't do your homework and just click on the first thing you see in Google you're liable to get taken.
they call me alll the time and they even leave you voice mails. just took some advice from above and called them and gave them a piece of my mind, hopefully they wont call.dont give them your credit card # either! DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!
yeah i got the call today it's a scam i told them i don't my c.card over the phone but yet. they just kept trying so i said ok to the 59.59 2 day cruise so i give them a fake card # over the phone and after i did so the guy on the phone he just charge my card 539.69 and i said what the***** i though i was just paying 120.00 for 2 people for tax port charges. then he said well that's not the best deal for u. so then i told him i just give him a fake card and ***** off about the whole thing. this happened on 4-15-08

I am having the same experience only with a different number. I filled out an over the phone survey and I wanted to believe them that I had won a cruise but the red flag went up as soon as they wanted port fees! They keep calling me back too wich I thought was odd. The Lady who I spoke to on the other end tried to convince me this was lagit and said she would never work for a fraudulent company!
This people is crazy. I have never fill out any paper. I got call from this 800 730 0197 every night. Non stop. I registered my cell phone as "DO NOT CALL" List, the ystill call
I just received my first call from this number because ****** me...i fell for the 'survey to win a cruise' phone call. I will just put this number in my phone and****ign it the ring tone of SILENT!
I let my answering ma****e pick up calls from 800 numbers. The man identified himself as being from Imperial Cruise Lines and said that I had won a trip for two. I don't remembering entering a contest of any kind, much less for a cruise, for I have no idea of ever going on one. These calls were at odd hours during the evening. Sometime very late, and even on a Sunday.I got tired of seeing them on my caller ID, so next call I answered and didn't even let the guy s**** his speil..I just screamed "very unpleasant" words, and they stopped.
The same thing happened to me. They said its for port fees. Theres no reason to pay for port fees before a verified reservation. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
They are saying that I have a cruise for 2 pending
Yeah, they keep calling me too. They are a rip off. Once they charge you for the so called port taxes; which is a verified, approved charge, they then charge your account # with a $280 some dollar charge! So don't fsll for it!!!
I have received the same phone calls from the same number. I also did research on it and found out it was a scam. They keep calling and I keep telling them to remove me from there calling list and I am not interested because I beleive it is a scam. They try to****ure you that it is not a scam and they still keep calling.
what we can do for them to stop calling money that all they want why
This phone number appeared on my caller ID and I answered and they said I filled out a survey and for doing that, I get a free 2 day cruise and they just need me to pay the port taxes of $59.95 per person and to put it on a credit card over the phone today. They said I would receive a verbal receipt and be transfered to a 3rd party verification number. I did fill out a survey over the phone a couple weeks ago, however I researched that other phone number online and was told it was a scam. I did not give my credit card number, since I am not comfortable doing that with someone who calls me and asks for it.
They call me almost once every day!!!
