Imperial Majesty Cruise Lines. I have received 14 calls from them over the past two weeks. These are to my cell phone which is on the Do-Not-Call registry. They claim I have registered for their free cruise, but I have never done so. Talked to 4 live operators and told each to put me on their do not call list. The other 10 calls were recordings. Filed 1088g with FCC. FCC is useless, claiming there is no violation when Imperial is blatantly violoating the TCPA. I'm now beginning to file a small claims suit a***nst Imperial Majesty. Here's how to do it for anyone else interested: http://redtape.msnbc.com/2007/02/suing_telemarke.html
Ever since my wife bought a ****** ball online we have been getting hammered with 1-800 phone calls, I s****ed answering the phone and identifying myself as "FBI SPECIAL AGENT LAMBERT, HOW CAN I HELP YOU TODAY" and some actually apoligized and said they would take me off there calling list. But this 1-800 number that i have been getting 2 times a day is a recording! how do I make it stop?
Called my little step brother, said he won a cruise. Calling a minor and getting commitments out of them...telemarketing is getting pretty low.
I've gotten this voice mail everyday for a week and a half now. I seem to have "won" a free cruise that I signed up for. 1) I don't sign up for vacation give-a-ways, and 2) I would never use my office number for this ****. I happen to like being employed. I like pin_key's plan. "Just send them to the address I used when I filled out the form"
I am getting extremely annoyed with this company. I have asked multiple times to be taken off their list. The last time I spoke to a woman who insisted the only way they would be calling me is if I filled out a survey for a free cruise. I am fairly certain I did not, but maybe I did and did not realize I was doing it. I feel bad for these people that have to make these calls for a living. Surely they don't enjoy doing, or if they do they are very sick indeed. Can't this company be stopped?
"Mark" with Imperial Cruises called, for no apparent reason. It was a recording left on my ma****e.....and we're on the do not call list.
Keep getting calls from this number. Only once did anyone respond when I said "hello". He said he was calling about our free cruise. He was VERY hard to understand. I told him we were not interested and to not call back..........like that would make any difference. Next time if they do respond when I answer I'll take my phone out to the hood of my car and honk the horn right into it. ****s!!!!! We are on DO NOT CALL. I don't think the DO NOT CALL system works at all.

Just went 10 rounds with a clown from this cruise company after about 3 weeks of calls of a "free" cruise. Guy was extremely rude and screaming at me how legitimate they are when I said I'd been reading about them on ripoffreport.com. I ***g up on the ****, but I think if they call a***n, I'll just say, "Oh...we won free tickets? Good...you have our name and number so you can find our address. Just send the free tickets!! Thanks"
This number keeps calling and leaving automatic-like sounding messages that I need to call back and claim within the next 18 months a cruise to the Ba***** that I won.
Keeps calling and saying that I one a cruise that I registered for online. never happened
Why aren't you people filling out the FCC online complaint form? Unlike the National Do Not Call List which relies on your state Attorney General to get off their a** to do so****ing, the FCC will take enforcement action. Here is the link to the FCC form. www.fcc.gov/cgb/complaints.html
I have already asked them last week to stop calling to take me off whatever list they have! and they are still calling like 3 times aday I just dont answer so i hope they stop a***n SOON@ UggggCaller ID: 1-800-730-0272Caller: princess cruise lines
Call all the time! They told me they are responding to a survey I did, but this is not true. I told them my husband is terminally ill and I want them to leave us alone. Does no good.
unwanted, keeps calling.
Keeps calling to say I won a cruise. I've never registered for any such prize.
Keeps calling and saying that I one a cruise that I registered for online. I HAVE NEVER registered for a cruise online, nor have I heard of these people.
calls constantly, leaves no messages
Received a call from this number, but did not answer. There was a message on my voicemail, but it was just a girl laughing
I received these calls on my office phone. They stated that I had won a cruise from Imperial Majesty Cruise Lines based on a survey I had taken. I did not sign up for or complete a survey and asked them to remove me from their call list.
they call me all the time, I never answer. They called me on Christmas day!
