It is the American Red Cross to remind or you of your donations blood
Once again that “[V]” before the name. No idea what it means. No message left.
no message no name no company no organization name
It is the American Red Cross to remind or you of your donations blood
Kept on calling even after blocked
Kept calling nonstop.
Receive this call on my cell phone, but I never answer unknown numbers and I have received this number before. They always leave a voice message, saying "red cross", but they are not. My type of phone...tracfone...does not allow blocking and I cannot delete voice messages without listening, which I have to pay for... It makes me angry that they waste my time and tracfone minutes!
Red Cross
Calling for donations.
Red cross
Calls at all hours, but I do not answer unknown numbers; they leave a voice message, saying in effect: Red Cross...need blood--even offered a $5 reward. How do we know it IS the legitimate American Red Cross, and even if it is, they should not be bothering people with calls.
It's the American red cross calling for donations. I get these calls several times a week and have gotten them for several years.
Scheduling donations
Took the advice of "Always Hopeful", emailed the ombudsman, and am awaiting a reply. Hopefully these calls will stop. They absolutely do not care what time of the day or night they bother you.
Calling me at 9pm.... Hope they have a lot of blood.. cause they are not going to get mine anymore
It's the ARC calling for blood...again. You CAN stop the calls. I wrote an e-mail and sent it to --> [email protected] "Bob" replied and asked me to verify my name & phone number. And, voila! Less than one week after I gave Bob my info, the calls for my blood stopped completely! Hooray! The ombudsman saved my sanity.
call 8 times already and I never donated blood before so i have no idea how they got my cell number
No message left.
....ok,,pick up the phone..dont answer,,, block the number while it is ringing....problem semi-solved.
Red Cross. Dirty office.they think the gloves that they wear are to protect their hands. I wouldn't risk giving blood again for the fear of getting aids
red cross
red cross
these people are vultures
unrecognized number, no message ...SPAM
Again a call. Several daily on cell and then home. I have asked them not to call only to be ignored. Also emailed national headquarters. All they did was refer me to the regional headquarters.
Red Cross.. Hounding for donations!
Red Cross. I get tattoos regularly and cannot donate due to state laws about it. it's very irritating when they keep calling when I tell them I CANNOT donate because of the law.
Believe. it or not giving is for the person to decide. Not the recipient. Calling and hounding can achieve the opposite.
American Red Cross, yea it's a good thing!
This is the Red Cross calling. Unfortunately, once you make just one blood donation, they will "tele-stalk" you relentlessly with multiple requests to give blood again, and again, and again. I'm not against the Red Cross and all the good work they do, but they will NOT leave you alone with the phone calls. Their number constantly, and I mean CONSTANTLY, litters my caller ID history probably anywhere from 6-10 times per week. (Including the call I just got today, the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend!) They do not take a day off when it comes to the tele-stalking. Good cause notwithstanding, annoying doesn't even begin to describe it, to the point where it almost sours you on supporting the cause. Trust me, when I feel like donating blood again, I'll find YOU. Stop tele-stalking me.
The Red Cross refuses to accept my blood because I am a gay man, however they keep calling me asking me to donate. Why keep calling if they are going to discriminate against homosexuals?
They keep calling me, but as soon as I answer, they hang up without speaking a word.
red cross I would donate if I can my iron is low and u never let me donate. please stop calling I would love to help but can't
You or someone you know will need blood! So please do your part and donate. Those of you who are complaining will wake up or grow up, sooner or later. Thanks to all those who give from the heart to save a heart.
Why do these people keep calling me when after donating last time they said there was something wrong with my blood?! Omg! Leave me alone! Grrr.
American red cross
No matter how many times you ask to be taken off the list they still call
Vampires!! Unholy beasts!!!
American Red Cross. They only call to remind you of the next blood drive;time, date, and location and to help you set up an appointment. Not spam if it's saving lives.
They just want my blood
Vampires
Red Cross not Spam
With my anemia... I don't think I can donate anymore.
They only call me when it's time to donate again unless I already scheduled an appointment online, then they call to remind me.. NOT SPAM!
red cross again and told them I can't shouldn't have last time.
red cross saying ty for donating and I couldn't LOL
red cross
American Red Cross Blood Donation Services. They will not have called you unless you have given them your number or have had a Donor ID card in the past. They're persistent, but not spamming. If you'd no longer like to receive their calls, just let them know. They've annotated in my account that I am ineligible for blood donations for 2 years due to a Caribbean cruise that stopped in Dominica and they haven't called me for many months. They do not spam.
Red Cross...now I am an avid believer in donating....the least you can do right? Well, when I get (no kidding) a call every 8 minutes for 3 hours straight, almost every day, it really makes me not even want to donate....I have pleaded nicely, begged aggressivly, and finally cursed them out and still they call all the time.....to a point I'm gonna tell them I have some sort of disease and maybe they'll take me off....shame :(
Just because you've not been harassed doesn't void the rest of our situations. I want to help people by donating blood, and I won't stop donating just because they call me twice a day. Number guru isn't a venue for ego inflation.
You guys (and Girls) are such babies, I give EVERY 56 days and am up to almost 8 Gallons. They call me 1 time every 2 months to make sure I am going to be at the appointment and if I need to change it or not. I have NEVER been hounded, or harrassed by them, now AT&T I get calls from all the time but that is neither here, nor there.
No kidding. Wonder how many people leaving these juvenile comments will someday be grateful for a blood donation. Ignore it.
If you are tired of calls just answer and tell the person that because of medical reasons you will no longer be able to give blood. They will take you off their list.
I called them to take my phone number off permanently and they still call
no message
Red Cross are becoming pests. No good deed goes unpunnished
Red Cross. Never leave a message and call my cell AND home at least once a day, sometimes more. Going on for months. If I answer they hang up. Tired of them.
Don't like the calls but I'm not going to put them in the same category as spammers. NOT SPAM!
They call me almost daily. Won't leave a message. Won't tell my wife who they are and will only talk to me. This has been going on for 6 months and they still call.
its jus left music on my answer machine haha
Maybe they really need blood. People die due to low blood supply so lay off the spam train
Will not leave me alone
Grrrrrr

it is considered spam if you tell the red cross to take you off their phone list because they call 2-3 times a day, but the don't and keep on calling. give blood to your local hospital. it doesn't HAVE to be the red cross. I'm fed up with them.
NOT spam.
That is some great karma. Let's see how you all feel when YOU need blood. They have to keep asking. Critical blood shortage.
Just tell them you recently traveled to Bolivia and spent time in a malaria zone (Santa cruz). They won't call for one year. Or man up and donate again!!! ;p
3 calls within an hour on Sunday--- mothers day... They have enuf of my blood!
They have called twice, and never left a message. I cannot give blood due to an anemia problem, and do not want to be called by them again.
Red cross is on the verge of harassment i will never give blood again
Red cross. ya give blood and then they hound ya!
Red cross. ya give blood and then they hound ya!

Ohmmeter don't know how they got my number.

Red cross is a pain in The ***
Two times a day every day. Even called on christmas!
Just the red cross apparently. if you don't answer I guess they don't leave a message. I guess it is time for us to give blood again.
This is harrassment i will never donate again
After this harassment i will never donate blood again
It's spam when they call everyday two times a day. Can't they just send an email or leave a message, once? I have no problem donating blood, I just wish they didn't harass me so much!
These guys harass you so much i will never donate again
I donated blood three months ago, now they are calling me five to ten times a week. how can I make these vampires stop
Not spam!
They can't leave a message, I asked them why one time. It's private... They are always low on blood so that's why volunteers bug us. Just tell them to call at a better time or take yr name off the list!
Some states require you to wait 1 year to donate after a tattoo. PA is one for example.
U can give after getting inked!
I Don't Mind Giving Blood And I Like The Calls To Remind Me She. I Can. However I'm Getting My Tattoos Soon So Sadly I Won't Be Able To Give Anymore. =(
