Email claimed to be an order confirmation for an order that doesn't exist. Order claimed that it would be delivered to another state (FL). EMail offered a "Help-Desk =1 800 738 0223".
received an email order confirmation the phone number was listed as the help desk for a new iphone and apple watch ordered by me shipping to Diana L, JAX, FL
I think this scam works by you calling the number in the fake email. Email said that packages were shipped to another state.
