I got a call from Alex, Said I won a lincoln Navigator. Wanted me to call him back at 1 866-401-4626. I never enter Contests because I don't have time for junk calls. I am also on the do not call registry. I DO NOT ENTER CONTESTS! I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. IS SOMEONE BREAKING THE LAW? I think so and I hope they get caught. Needless to say I won't be responding to his call.
Jacqueline called from 1-888-581-1898 with a very convincing message about my filling out a form at a mall and I had won a substantial prize like a Lincoln Navigator, or a larger cash prize up to $35,000.00. "My prize was quite large, so please call her back right away" Of course this was not a time share, and I they were not selling anything. That was the end of the message. She had a sweet, convincing voice, until I looked it up on the internet. I quess I fell for it too. I hope this helps someone else. Shame on me for being to trusting, and shame on them.
His name was Alex, said I was a winner and congradulations, he was so happy for me and gave me another number to call, said I won a Lincoln Navigator.. Hmmm.

Would also receive a $100 gas card just for coming. Address was 6400 N. Andrews, Suite 530, Ft. Lauderdale. Never rcvd gas card. Requirements: married, 53k, age: 35-75. Scam company and should be shut down and fined.

called a phone number that is on the national do not call list.
I just received the call today congratulating me on a contest for a Lincoln navigator. It sounded a little too su****ious so I did some web browsing ans sure enough its a scam. I was able to get a name and number on my caller ID.
they said to call back. It was Alex from Grand Sweepstakes Giveaway and that I had entered to win a Lincoln Navegator and that now that the contest was closed they had good news for me. I never entered in a sweepstake for Licoln Nagegator. This is a scam.
Got same call from Alex leaving his wonderful 'Grand Sweepstakes Giveaway Prize Claims Office' message on my ma****e. I'm glad the internet offers protection through simple research a***nst these blood****ers. But, I do deserve the congratulations Alex gave me ... not for winning anything... but for being able to smell a scam readily. HAHAHAHAHA
I just found a message on my ma****e from Alex and the 'Grand Prize Giveaway'. It was stated I had entered a contest for a Lincoln Navigator and offered me congratulations. However, it wasn't stated what or if anything had been won. I suspected a scam & decided to research a bit. Don't have caller ID ... but 1-800-743-4814 was given as the contact number of the 'Prize Claims Office'. I'm listed on the federal do not call registry and am considering reporting this. My next research will be how to report it. I'll save it on my ma****e for playback purposes. Hows them apples Alex? :)
well I got one of those Alex calls - and guess what I googled after feeling a bit elated that perhaps I had won. **** the thought of that happening in these trying economic times was WOW. But alas a SCAM. Oh well who said there was ever a free lunch is crazy I say. Enjoy the quick high and come back to reality. ha ha
Left message on my answering ma****e telling me I had won a Lincoln Navigator and to call this number. Alex was the name of the caller. I looked this number up on the internet and sounds like a scam to me. Just wanted to report it.
The above mentioned claim from "ALEX WELLINGTON" screaming in all caps is not entirely correct. This is how the scam works. They send you a post card offering $250 in free gas. You call that number and never get your gas, but they now have your number. They call your number and announce that you have won a prize (currently its a 2008 Lincoln Navigator, $2500 cash, a vacation package or 32" LCD TV). You have to verify you earn more than $50K per year and have a credit/checking account then attend a VERY HIGH PRESSURE SALES PITCH. At the end if you decide not to buy their $7000 membership fee, they blackball you in front of everyone at the meeting. Cannot afford $7K? They offer you a loan. Can't qualify for the loan, they offer you a cheaper deal. These free vacations are not free (the one everyone wins, as only Alex's brother gets the Navigator, every week). You pay $150 per person in taxes and more in fees if you want an extra room, etc. The list goes on and on. My advice, don't be fooled. You see so****ing that seems too good to be true, it is.. pitch it and move on. As the saying goes, there is a fool born every second.
Received a message from Grand Sweepstakes Giveaway stating that I had won

I got the same call....saying on my answering ma****e that I WAS a finalist a 2008 Lincoln Navigator. We did not call back after investigating, but am upset that this company is violating the do not call list!

I got the same call....saying on my answering ma****e that I WAS a finalist a 2008 Lincoln Navigator. When I called they told me if I attened a 45 min. timeshare meeting, at the end I would receive a scratch off lottery ticket, guaranteed to win, a 7 day Bahama/Florida trip, $45,000 cash, $2500 cash, 2008 Lincoln Navigator or a 32in Plasma TV. Of course under no obligation. I was tempted, until they told me I must bring a valid credit card or checking account. Too Good to be True, I feel bad for even considering going!
googled this number and found - This is a Time Share Scam! Another toll free number****ociated with this one is
Well, what do you know. I was notified that I am the lucky winner of a Lincoln Navigator in a contest that I did not enter and was told to call 1-800-743-4814. I called and the ma****e answered "Prize Claim Center" and they were sorry that they missed my call and asked that I leave a message and they would return the call.
I received a call from "Prize Claim Center" saying that I won a drawing for one of three top prizes. Grand Prize being a 2008 Lincoln Navigator. 2nd prize being a 4 day cruise. 3rd prize being a plasma tv. I was asked to attend an "Award Ceremony" which would last 1 hour, and to bring 2 forms of ID (one having to be a driver's license and the other having to be a credit card or bank statement). This all sounded way too fishy and so I checked online and looked up the number and prize claim center. I found that several other people have received the same call and found out that this is a time share scam. I even had my friend call the 1-800-743-4814 number and give them a fake name and fake number and they told her the exact same thing. So for anyone who may be curious about this number, it is indeed a scam.
This is a Time Share Scam! Another toll free number****ociated with this one is 1-800-821-2670, David Mitchell is the contact person. My second contact person was Tanya at the 800 743-4814.Sponsor of the contest: World Resorts. Asked to attend an "Award Ceremony" which would last 1 hour, and we would be given information about their company. My prizes would be one of the following: Grand prize: Ford Explorer 2nd prize: 4 day 3 night cruise 3rd prize: 26inch Sharp flat screen T.V. They did not know my name. My phone number is on the Federal No Call List. I told them that their toll free number is listed on the internet as a time-share scam and I told them to get my number off of their call list immediately.
Just received a call to call back @ 1-800-743-4814 and that I had won a Lincoln Navigator in a contest that I know I did not enter.
