I receive calls every day from them. I do not answer unfamiliar phone calls. If I have the answering ma****e on, they do not leave a message. They call all during the day until 8:00 P.M.
I received this message on my phone today, September 21st, 2010, at approximately 5:10PM: "This is NCO Financial Systems, a collection agency, calling to collect a debt (or so****ing like that). Call Ms. Collins at 800-747-6058 immediately."We have our credit reports monitored regularly after an invasion on our account and have a credit score of nearly 800. We have never left an unpaid debt. However, we have an ex-daughter-in-law who unfortunately has the same first name but remarried and her last name is no longer Klum. Since she had trouble before, I am wondering if they may have her record. We are nearly 80 years old and have a nearly perfect credit record.
Block the number and they call from diff # and have NO address

I have received several automated calls from this # on my business cell. It's NCO, a collection agency. I have called them repeatedly to take my number off their list. The first time I called I could hardly understand what the woman was saying as she was not articulate one bit, put me on eternal hold, another inarticulate picked up the line and said my # was not in their database. I warned if I received another call from them I was calling the D.A's office to file phone harrassment on them. Guess what? I received 2 more calls before 9am this morning, on a Sa****ay I might add. I told this time a man TO TAKE ME OFF THEIR LIST. These people are EXTREMELY rude and uncaring they are harrassing.
they left a message but is broken up and said fuzzies etc but it wasn't clear to hear all of what they were saying on my voicemail and don't intend to call them back either.Actually hope they stop calling me
This is one of several numbers from NCO Debt Collection. They call here CONSTANTLY and have for months (Mr. Smith, Ms. West, Mr. Jones, etc. -- always common names with no first name included). Please do NOT return their calls. Oftentimes this company seems to be hired not JUST to collect a debt, but ALSO for verification that the number is valid so that they can serve the party with a subpoena for being sued; naturally enough under those cir***stances, they may NOT say the call is for you, giving a false name, and then ask you who YOU are "so we can remove you from our records". You say, "Oh, there's no Joe **** here; I'm John Doe" and -- bingo! -- they've used this scam to get your real information. Once they have a verified phone number, an attorney can legally subpoena your address from your phone company to serve you with a lawsuit!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION WHATSOEVER!! Better yet, don't answer the phone and NEVER call them back; they will probably have a trace on their phone to capture your phone number, which will once a***n accomplish the same purpose, even from a cell phone!! So be smart, be careful, do not answer their calls and certainly do not return their calls! NO ATTORNEY CAN SERVE YOU WITH A LAWSUIT WITHOUT A VALID STREET ADDRESS!!! Hope this helps! :-)
