these people are harassing my mother, won't tell her anything and with there hours of operation I can't call from work. Told my mother to go on the National Do Not Call list and report them if they continue to call. If you google the number they are all over the place with complaints
This company repeatedly calls several times per day at my mother's phone number and they come up unknown name , unknown number on the caller id.they have been told repeatedly to not call and to respond via the mail.
This company is breaking the law and if they call you legally they have to disclose who they are especially since they are a collection agency they cant imply a debt but it is your right to know who is calling. Per FDCPA they have to disclose when you ask who is calling!
I have gotten 2 calls now for my daughter who has not lived at our house for over 10 years now. Caller says it's personal business and asks me to give my daughter a message to call 800-755-5249 ext 3494 the first time and ext 3532 the second time. My daughter called the number when I gave her the first message and got no answer. The second time the caller claimed she spoke to my daughter at my phone number just last month and that my daughter gave my phone number as a call back number. I am fed up and told caller not to call a***n since I have already given my daughter the message and it's up to her to get back to them if she chooses. If they call me a***n I will call the police and the phone company to see what can be done.
The ppl keep calling my cell looking for some guy who i dont even know and i have called them numerous times and they say that my number is taken off his account but they keep calling...It is so aggravating
