They are a car loan company called Consumer Portfilio Services, also they go by CPS. They will annoy the***** oit of you, they have no etics or m****s. They will call anyone, and give out personal info to anyone.

My son has car loan, he got laid off from work along with many others, and car loan is behind. This telephone number is calling us, his parents and my brother in law who lives 50 miles from us!I thought it was a***nst the law to tell 3rd parties about your own business/information, etc.?This is just NOT right.

This woman called looking for my husband. She hesitated when I asked her name. She waited a full secong before telling me "Ms. White". She claimed that my husband was a reference on an auto loan for some woman. Inquista Holiday, but now known as Mrs. Smith. She asked if I knew the woman, I said no I thought I knew all my husband's friends. It did not even phase her. I don't know what this woman was phishing for, but I would not let her get any information.

Said I was put down as a reference for this person=============it's a brother in law, who doesn't pay his bills-----------have not even spoken to him in 10yrs.  This company should check out reported information before approving loans to losers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a call asking me to pass a message onto my neighbor whom I have never met!  This is ridiculous.  I don't car if the can't pay thier bill - I can pay my bills, so don't call here!
