Leave a CommentIt was not a computerized message but an actual person stating that there was su****ious activity on the Bank of the West Master Card that my son has. When I stated that I was also listed on that account and could they tell me what was wrong, she said no, that she couldn't give me any information and that he needed to call.
Robot message saying to call 800-757-3669 because of suspecious activity on my account. Watchout for phoney calls of this sort.
if there was a su****ious charge on whatever acct it may be. wouldnt a live person call instead? why use an automated ma****e?and whats worse is that i couldn't even tell what name they said in the beginning. played the message the over and over trying to catch the name...but with no luck.
Looking for owner info.
Woman called asking to speak to the secondary of my bank account, saying that there was a su****ious transaction and asking to confirm if it was us. There was no activity on the account whatsoever, number was not Bank of the West.
A conputerized message the transaction review department telling us there was su****ious activity on our Bank of the West Master Card and to call 800-757-3669 to talk to a representative.
