I just got off the phone with BOA and they told me it was a third party offering services through the mail or over the phone. So when you get your BOA bill sometimes there might be a $10 check and when you cash it, it automatically signs you up for their services which are free for the first month, but charge you for each additional month.

I JUST NOTICED ON MY BOA BILL THIS MONTH THAT  MP BUYERSAD TOOK 149.99 THIS MONTH , SO I CALLED BOA AND HE GAVE ME THE PHONE NUMBER FOR MP BUYERSAD AND I CALLED IT AND THEY ARE ONLY OPEN NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. I FIND NOW THAT THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS EVERY SO MANY MONTHS THEY CHARGE ME THIS AMOUNT. THE BOA PERSON MORE OR LESS GOT ME OFF THE PHONE BY GIVING ME A NUMBER THAT HE KNOWS IS NOT GOING TO ANSWER, HOW DO I GET THEM TO STOP TAKING THIS MONEY AND EVEN REPAY ME SOME OF THE OTHER PAYMENTS. I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR ANYTHING.

I also got a charge for $139.99 on my BOA card by Buersad.  I received an offer with my BOA statement with a $20 Walmart coupon.  I threw both of them in the trash.  I called BOA today and their representative called Buyersad while I waited on the phone.  Buyersad said they would cancel the offering and BOA said they would remove the charge from my BOA account with no charges for interest or penalty since I refuse to pay the $139.99.  I told them that if this not happen as they said I would call the Florida Attorney General and report the incident.  The AG will send BOA a letter which must be answered within a specific time period.  I recommend that anyone having trouble getting BOA to reverse these charges to call the AG of the State where you reside.

I did not get call from this number but I was charged for $149.99 from Buyersad. I have never heard of this name until I google the company after I found out that I was charged for no reason. This took place on Oct. 30, 2009. I called Bank of America customer service right away and the person cancelled my card immidately, and is sending me some forms, asked me to fill them out and mail them back to claim a fraud.This is ridiculous. Looks like it had happened since 2008 on many people but why are they still doing it? Did police actually do anything about it????

Taking $139.99 out of my credit card that I never used. I dont know how this ppl know the # from. Somehow i just figured it out from this website that "BUYERSAD" is buyer advantage and they posted the phone #too.

No calls.  They have hit me twice for $149.99.  One about a year ago and one now on a ***nd new card.  How do they know?

I had a $139.99 charged to my BOA account.  I phoned BOA and they said that this was generally a charge from an offer by the credit card company.  I advised that I had accepted no such offer and had no knowledge of how this got on my account.  They agreed to remove the charge and to cancel any service****ociated with it.

I got a charge on my credit card from them for $139.99. The name of the company BUYERSAD (Buyers Advantage). I called them and they said they were to busy to take my call and to call back in two days. I waited and was given a run around they finaly said they would take it off my bill but I may around a$70.00 charge for partial services. I told her the Attorney General Would a copy. She ***g up on me.

I just had 13.99 pulled out of my acct too. No idea who this is. Dispute the charge with your bank.

Thank God!  My account just got overdrafted because of a charge under this phone number...  I certainly never signed up for this service.  I did not get charged $150 dollars though, more like $13.  Oh, and they never called me. The number was listed as the charging party.

Me too!  I have no idea who these people are or how they did it, but they just overdrew my checking account!

This number tried pulling money out of my account, charging me an overdraft fee.  Scam.
