I ALSO received a charge on my account from this number that I did not authorize. OH BOY!
I had a charge of $77.95 added to my credit card and have no idea who these people are or what it is for. I called the number and of course they were not in so I am reporting this to my credit card company and they can resolve the issue. I also left a number for idea village to contact me. I will see if they do. There was no call to me only a charge on my card.
Someone from this number posted a charge of $47.97 to my credit card on January 21. I did not authorize this payment nor did I knowingly approve of any such charges. I have no idea what this payment was made for nor have I received any follow up or mailing describing what the payment was for. As far as I'm concerned this charge is fraudulent and demand its removal and reimburesment. I will be contacting my creditor and banking ins***ution to report this apparent violation. I will continue to escalate this issue until the matter has been resolved.
