8:11 EVERY MORNING! I work from home & often work late. This has got to stop.

Called. No message.

keeps calling leaving message that they have a deal for me.

Calls begin before 8:30 a.m. ATT's Call-blocking allows only six telephone numbers to be blocked, and those are now taken by other nuisance calls. Verrry frustrating.

WATCH OUT! I READ ON ANOTHER SITE THAT THIS NUMBER IS *NOT* DISCOVER BUT JUST POSING AS THEM. YOU CAN CALL DISCOVER AND SEE IF THEY CALLED YOU. SO THIS LOOKS LIKE A TELEMARKET SCAM. A***N, WATCH OUT!

I got behind on my Discover Card payment two weeks ago when I went online to make payment. Their computer system was in "maintenance and will be offline until 6am". So I guess they are calling to get a payment since I'm all of two weeks behind now. I didn't know it was Discover calling until I came here.

Have called so many times I can not count. If this continues a call to the State Attorney Generals office will be placed.

they have called 3 times a day over the last couple of weeks, s****ing @ 8:30AM endingin the evening. Never leave a message. I will call my phone provider and have it blocked and also ask why the NO call list, which I am on, is being ingored.

the call is for someone else (not my name). There is no option in the automated system to tell them they have the wrong number. They have called twice in two days, costing me $0.1 per minute.

This people keep caaling my phone several times at day , i almost got into a car accident by taking one of these calls thinking that it was so****ing important

I just got a new cell number from AT&T last week and since the new number was active I keep getting call from 1-800-765-5802 calling at all times of the days. I already advise them to stop calling my number that I'm not the person they are looking for.

Multiple calls a day. Sometimes messages left, which of course uses up the minutes I pay for.

Sinc I left my last complaints, this recording keeps calling with the message already talking telling you to lower your rates, then ****s up. Three calls on Sa****ay, and today, Sunday at 12;55 OM Central time. I am on the NO CALL list, and now I am getting tired of this harrasment. The law is the law, and why is it not being enforced on these companys? This is the Lord's day for heaven's sake. Give me their # and let me call them when they are sleeping or just trying to rest!!!

Called this morning @ 9:38 a.m. Didn't leave a message - why do these folks bother calling if they don't leave a message if we don't pick up which we're not going to do if we don't know who is calling????!!!!

This is not Discover. It appears to be a phishing scam. Check www.800notes.com for more information. There are a number of posts by people who have called Discover, and Discover never knows anything about calls coming from this number. Do not give out your account numbers or any other information to these people or anyone else who calls you. Banks & credit card companies already have & have no need to ask you for it.

This is NOT Discover card.  This is an apparent phishing scam.  Check www.800notes.com for more information.  Many posts there where people have called Discover and Discover does not know anything about this.  Never give out your account information to anyone who calls you.

Trying to offer a debt offer savings. They call everyday, first in the morning 8-9 AM, and every evening 5-7 PM. When you answer the phone, the recording is already talking and never gives you a #. This has been going on for 2-3 weeks, and I am on the NO CALL list, and enought is enought!!!

MAKE THEM STOP! They call 10 times a day s****ing around 8am!!

I have received 5 -7 calls a day from this number and tried contacting the number to just hear a recording. This is annoying when the calls have come in as early as 7am. I just received a call a***n as I am writing this email... Give me a BREAK!

I've had 3-5 calls everyday this past week and my number is listed with the Do Not Call Registry. There is an automated recording that states my name and asks me to opt in, which I did in an attempt to get someone live on the phone. This only resulted in another automatron asking me to put in my zip code - I ***g up. I've filed several complaints now on this #.

They called and tried to direct me to a out of country phone #, and wanted around $4.50.

When you tell Discover Card reps you are not interested and to take you off the call list...they keep calling!!!! They have called with local numbers and now they are using this 1800 number !!

We've already asked twice to be put on Discover's do not call list.  I guess it doesn't work.  This number called today.

Keeps on calling with an "important" message. If it was really that important, they sould email me or send me the information via snail mail.

Caller ID says "Toll Free Call." Even though we have 800 call blocking, this company is able to get through by its identification of "Toll Free Call." They are violating federal law by calling prior to 9:00 a.m. They are bad news.

I am tired of their "important message" calls two or three times a day.

Try this.  On the back of the Discovery card is a phone number.  Go to the option to get a live person and ask to be put on the do not call list.  It worked for me.

The last 5 days I been getting a 3-7 calls a days from this number. Sometimes no message is left and other time "This is an important message for **X **X. Call 1-800-765-5802 ext 0700". If I have not answered in 25 calls why can't the idiots figure out I am not going to answer any of them.

get calls from this number 4 to 8 times a day beginning early in the morning until as late as 9:00 PM! Sick of it! I have registered with the DO NOT CALL Registry, but the calls keep coming in. Worst - no message is left to try to further identify... MAKE IT STOP!

Receive multiple calls a day in the morning and evening asking for a person I do not know but shares the same last name.

It's not a scam.  It's just Discover card.

You offended me deeply...you don't know the limitations....I am sorry, but I have to say that: LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!! I don't want to share my life with this kind of person!!!!! plus who doesn't trust me!!!!
