If this number calls you, I bet you have done business with Rooms to Go. I wanted to check on my delivery so inquired about their delivery number, which was 800-766-6786. I asked the woman why no one answered when I picked up the phone and she said simply, "Because it's a computer." Anyway. Mystery solved.
I pick up the phone and say*****o but no one responds. I repeat*****o but still no one responds. Annoying and frustrating.
