Pick up the phone , lay the phone off the the reciever for about ten or fifteen minutes . They will be paying the for the call.

Lady called and said she was from FIA Card Services.  She wanted to sell me a credit history service for 12 dollars a month.  I said I wasn't interested and she begged me to buy the service.  She said if she sold one more she would hit her number and win a trip for she and her girl friends to Hawaii.  She pleaded for five minutes and almost cried so I told her that if she and her girl friends would come over and give me a prostate exam and beejay, I'd buy it.  They just left and I've got myself a credit history service and a ****load of trouble if my wife ever finds out. I'll cancel the whole thing next month, but I'm glad I could help.

Calls consistantly at 9:30 am and between 5 pm and 7pm, daily.

You can call the opt-out number for FIA (1-866-325-8310).  Don't know yet if it will work - they say it can take up to 12 weeks.

I got a call from 1800 772 4686.The lady told me she is from FIA Card services andshe knew my last four digits of Credit card and SSN numberand wanted my e mail id to send the Credit history report for $12.00 a month.Here is the funny thing - she spoke non stop for 5 min about the detail offer and said you can say Yes or OK ?and i told her , DO you not like listening NO ?and I refused to take the offer and told her that i think she is a fake call maker and not Fia card services.But she was so convincing, i am sure some one may fall for her false words?

FIA card services call trying to sell me iden***y theft protection.

Calls all day and night! I pick up and don't say anythink. They don't say anything just **** up. Now they call and ask for my son.I tell the person he isn't at home. They just **** up.

They asked for my wife, but would not leave a message. Then I asked what the call is about the caller said "we are calling all our customers to tell them about a new protection for your credit card" when I asked which card? The caller said your visa or mastercard, but couldn't name the card. Sounds like a BS service to me, they would know the card if I was already a customer. I'm on do not call list also.

call con stantly every day all hours. answered once told not to call back but they still do.  caller id just says toll free call

They call everyday sometimes more then once. I am on do not call list but that seems to be very ineffective

person stated they were from FIA card services and wanted to speak with my husband, He doesn't want to speak with him, because they just want to sell some insurance or so****ing on his credit card. They call every day in the evening when I tell them he is not home(can they get a clue we're not interested)

I am a registered parti****nt in "do not call America".  This constant calling is very anoying and I thought was the reason for "do not call".

I submit detailed complaints with the FCC [ http://www.esupport.fcc.gov/complaints ]-log details -  names, #s , times, frequency -online recordings of messages & ****ups-ring phone or forward calls from friends and family-record live calls for details for FCC complaints & seek $500-$1500 legal judgements a***nst violators (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)-block calls from specific #s-send callers to annoying tone with "disconnected/no longer in service" -route #s to my personal message (nice or not)-harass & frustrate telemarketers, scammers & stalkers

1-800-772-4686 calls my home at least 5 times a day and never leave a messagethey s**** calling about 9 a.m and usually call until 9:30 at night.Driving me crazy.

Been calling me bout 4 days strait and not leavn message or squat. Bet they would leave a message if I OWED them money!

Female caller identified herself as from FIA Card Services.I told her it was unusual to get a call from a credit card company, and requested that she mail any information rather than call.She laughed and said she'd call back.  Next call later that day was a recording.
