Same issue just now. This time Vanessa at x320. So sweet and wanting to send supplies. I've dealt w/ my leasing company often enough; I know they don't send you a thing w/o you ordering it.

Jennifer with US Postage Meter called.  She sounded so nice I almost fell for it!  Beware!!

they are still up to the same scam (Michelle x312), pretending to be the source of our postage supplies asked if we are having any problems with our meter....then she wanted my name which I told her she did not need, then she asked me to give her the model number from our meter. I told her if she was who she said she was that she would already have that information and she told me she needed to doub*****eck what we had a***nst her files and I told her that would not be necessary, and ended the pointless call.

A guy by the name of KYLE called and asked me how my new mail meter is working and if we had any jams lately. RED FLAGS went up b/c I knew someone locally gave us our supplies. I asked for his number 800.777.6335 ex 14 and said he was with US POSTAGE METER CENTER. I told him I had another call coming through and could I place him on hold. I then googled the phone number and came across this site where I determined the phone call was fraudulent. I then picked back up the phone and told him that I don't have his company on record as the one that deals with our ma****e. I told him I am tired of him trying to scam us and that this is the 4th time they've called and I've caught them. HE then proceeded to tell me that I was ****** b/c he was a supplier, not a scammer. He said both of those words s**** with an "S" so I must be confused! He told me to have a good day then slammed the phone down.

Received a phone call from "Kyle" stating to be from the USPS.  He immediately wanted to confirm our meter model and was going to send supplies.  I said no and to not call back, we had our meter on a lease.  His number is 800-777-6335 Ext. 14.

He asked for the model number on the ma****e. I told him I'd have to go to the next room to get it and placed him on hold. I then googled the phone number and came across this site where I determined the phone call was fraudulent. I then picked back up the phone and told him that I don't have his company on record as the one that deals with our ma****e. HE fumbled and said there must be some kind of mix up, apologized, and told me to have a good day.
