Leave a CommentI smell a scam... After a long song & dance about seeing my ad (only ad I have is on CL, I'm a brick mason) - it came down to they wanted $300. No way, no how!
They called me twice!
This cmpany called with an "unavailable" number. They told me my city was sponsoring advertising and named some of the other merchants who were supposedly parti****ting. I told them I would do it after asking them several times to verify who it was that was the sponsor. I gave my credit card....dumb. Anyway, as soon as I could, I called the city and the other merchants and of course, they were not sponsoring. I had to cancel my credit card; wait a week and a half to get a new one, and then got a call from the company wanting to verify my information (since my card had not gone through.) I told them I had had to cancel my card because of them and to cancel. Then tonight I got a call saying that I could not cancel because I was set up on payments with them. There was an 800 number, the one listed above, but no answer when I tried to call back. Watch out for any "unavailable" numbers per my credit card folks!
