THis is a scam, they call you on a debt that may or may not be valid and will tell you you can avoid being charged with fraud if you pay them off. even if the debt is valid, these tactics and the 'fees' they charge on your account are illegal. Phone scam. they try to get you to call but become very threatening if you ask them questions about their "firm". Reporting scam to my local PD.

This is the 3rd time I have received a call from this number****ociating me with a debt that is actually in another person's name that I do not know.When I tried to get more information the company ***g up.Yet wekly I keep getting these calls.

This company called me at work and refused to send me anything in writing. They were threatening me with Fraud for a deposit that was made into my account back in 2008. She said that she didn't have to send me anything in writing. They are rude and not at all who they say they are. She tried to scare me with litigation and warrants and just all around the justice system.

They are not actually a law firm, but their representatives pose as attorneys and threaten litigation if you do not pay them on a debt taht may or may not be valid. these people keep calling telling me they're going to summons me to court but won't give me any information..
