I keep getting calls from this number and when I try to answer there is nothing on the other end of the line.

Calls and ****s up

They keep calling and we are not even one week late.  Set up a payment and they continued to call.

BLOCK THERE NUMBER *67 then there number and they can't call you anymore they are the worst ever they are not there to help the american people jsut steal from us .

Calling because last month's mortgage was late. This month is on time, but wanted to be sure it was going to be on time. This is an annoyance and unwarranted since payment is not yet late and won't be.

the number is still active and they keep calling me even if I NEVER had anything to do with indymac or whatsoever.

They have a policy to call late payers every single day (sometimes multiple times a day) as a means of a ******logical attack.  They don't really think calling twice a day makes money appear - they just want you to give them the property.  They get "points" for every time they make you listen to their disclaimer phrase, their phone number, or your balance (which they inflate by adding your current month to the "late" balance so it sounds big).  I think they also get points if you **** up on them, so don't **** up.  If you refuse to let them say their phrases, it drives them nuts.  Some of them even call it the "Miranda" as if you have done so****ing bad and are being arrested.  Tell them you won't listen and if they s**** talking and trying to say it, hold a ****on on the phone until they shut up.  Refuse to listen to any of their "get points" items.  Ask them to "please hold" and put them on hold indefinitely to tie up their phone lines.  They are sometimes unable to **** up.Bankers are filthy crooks..Indymac's new CEO is a scoundrel from Merrill Lynch.  They claim that they want to help you and that they don't want to foreclose, but they really want you to give up the house and turn over the deed to them.  Fight them tooth and nail!  You're an American...fight like one instead of falling for their ******logy!

I get calls from 1-800-781-7399 on my fax twice every day. I don't have any debt/mortgage whatsoever! Today I picked up and answered and they were asking for someone other than myself. Said that they would take my number out of their system...Really?? Their annoying harassment of people that never had anything to do with them needs to be stopped.

this is indymac, they will keep calling and calling, the people are rude, and wont let you talk to a suppervisor, they are dept collectors for your mortgage, like most of us struggling to make a payment, call them direct they will be a lot more understanding when you make a payment

This number keeps calling my house several times a day and will not stop even after I told them they have the wrong number. I pay extra to have a non published number and am on the do not call list. Is there anyhing I can do?

They call every day or even twice a day if you are late (or even almost late).  They ask the same exact questions every time, even if you have already answered the questions 1000 times...and they won't stop even if you tell them to.  I think they are doing it simply for the purposes a ******logical attack, as it could serve no other purpose.

I presume the person was either an Indi or ****, I asked hime repetedly who he was, what  he wanted and who he was looking for. I do not do business on my cell phone and have the number for 2 years. i still get calls from Benjamin Moore paints-evena fter calling them to inform them they had the wrong number.I asked this fellow to have someone who speaks clear english call me-I am hard of hearing and even with the volume up-I don't know what the heck he was saying? so much for outsourcing jobs-lol

No one speaks on the phone

Our office receives numberous calls from this number 1-800-781-7399. Our office does not have any loans or business with them. We would like the calls to end.

I get calls from 800-781-7399 all the time. They do not leave a message. I have an account with Indy MAc, and I pay within the 15 days every month and I have never been late. They will s**** calling on the 3rd of the month. When I do answer, they of course want to know when the payment will come. I always tell them it will be there by the 15th, but they will call everyday and sometimes 3 times a day. Very harrassing. I asked why don't you leave a message, and they said they can't. It seems that if by calling me is so important they would leave a message. I have stopped answering them completely now.

Called me too. Said I was late on a payment and it was not even due yet.  Keeps calling.  They aren't getting their payment until it is due!

You think the phone calls are bad wait until they send someone out to knock on your door

It's Indymac and they have nothing better to do than to call you a million times a day.  Seriously you would think the world's coming to end because you're late on a payment less than 30 days.  Get a life !!!

I receive daily calls from 800-781-7399 (Indy-Mac) asking for someone other than myself. I have informed them numerous times of this and yet they call back, and still will not reveal the nature of the calls ( probably collections). I have since stopped answering, whcich causes them to place more calls !!!!! I have no loans or business with this outfit.
