Received a text mess*** that said our VISA card has been deactivated. TOTAL SCAM! When you call the number it asks you to enter your 16 digit card number.
DON'T RESPOND- Received text mess saying my visa card s****ing 4233 deactivated. Since don't have such card knew it was scam.
Got a text supposedly from Synovus Bank alerting that "my card s****ing with the numbers 4060 has been deactivated. Please contact us at 800/785-0414 to reactivate." I do not even have an account with Synovus! What *****s. Definitely a fishing scam.

Received a text message a few minutes ago saying my VISA card has been deactivated, and to please contact them to reactivate my card. Gave me the last 4 digits of a card I do not possess. SCAM!
I used to work for Visa. I can tell you that Cards are issued by banks and that each bank will call you directly, not automated in the event there is fraudulant activity. By policy, they won't leave a voice message other than to ask you to call them. They will never leave any details. This is a fraud.

Received a text message a few minutes ago saying my VISA card has been deactivated, and to please contact them to reactivate my card. TOTAL SCAM....since I only have Mastercard!
I just got a text saying my visa had been deactivated, and I needed to call 800-785-0414 to reactivate. I called and they want you to enter your visa number. This is a scam, do not be fooled. The msg says thanks for calling the credit union, but doesn't name a name.
I also get a sms from 800-785-0414 saying Card service Alert about my Visa card. BS!!!

Received a text from '1600' telling me my Visa card had been deactivated and for me to call this number to reactivate it.
I received a text indicating this number deactivated a VISA Card and that I needed to call this number to re-activate. In speaking to my VISA account directly, they had no record of my account being deactivated.
